Всичко беше наред, много чиста и добре топлена стая, невероятна панорамна гледка, учтив и усмихнат персонал.
Агресивно поведение на някакъв типаж бабаит в ресторанта, с които едва не се сбихме, вдигна ни от масата, твърдейки че тя била негова и да питаме персонала. Или е редовен, или е част от персонала/мениджмънта. Отстъпихме, разбира се. Това е недопустимо за един хотел, без значение, че чужда фирма управлявала ресторанта им.

Много качественна закуска!! Стаите са чисти и просторни!
Паркинга който се води, че е към хотела, беше зает от автомобили които не са гости на хотела!

Very nice location, fresh and cold air from the near woods
Very nice location, but loud outside, cars were drifting on parking, lots of poeple were outside drinking, singing...

The rooms were very clean and nice looking. Food was great and the staff was friendly. Location was, while far from the centre, interesting; this also makes it a great value for money.

bad hotel. dirty room, with strange smell… no disposable slippers , and Bathrobe also was not available! we asked for baby crib, and reserved it, but when we came, they said it’s broken… do not recommend this hotel

Nice location close to the mountains, great for hiking trips
Room is quite outdated and the bathroom and toilet have glass walls, meaning no privacy whatsoever. Compared to other hotels in Sofia and Bulgaria generally, this one is rather overpriced.

Surrounding mountains very nice. Taxis were quick to arrive to take me to an AirBnB
Breakfast deteriorated after 8am. Mostly cold food. No kettle in room which is a Bulgarian hotel thing. But no coffee machine in lobby. So had to take a taxi to get a coffee or walk down the road. My shower flooded the entire bathroom each time I used it. There was no sound insulation so I could hear the noisy dutch couple next door and the angry Bulgarian woman on the other side. I don't read or speak any Bulgarian so finding food in the area is difficult. Half way through my trip, I asked reception if she could recommend a local restaurant. She laughed and said there was one downstairs. I didn't think this was funny as for six days I had been traveling by taxi to get something to eat. The hotel advertises a restaurant and in the bedroom is a Room Service Menu. But on the first day after seeing the room service menu I called down to order. "Can I order some room service?" NO. was the answer and they hung up. So, I assumed there was no restaurant and even if there was, I certainly wasn't going to go to it. I was booked to stay for 10 days and left after 5 days.

The room was dirty. I asked the staff to clean up food after the previous guest. No reaction. Having a sleep in post-party smell.
