Nice quite clean hotel with good location and staff are very polite and extremely helpful specially Ekramy, good man.

My room was beside the elevator so it caused some disturbances .

It is ok for the price

Pleasant reception and courteous staff. English speaking receptionist. Caring attitude from staff. The bed was soooo comfortable that I looked up the brand. Quiet environment. Good range of choices for breakfast, even on a diet. Reception always picked up the phone and were very keen to satisfy a customer. I loved my stay, won't bother looking elsewhere next time in Rabigh.

To be honest, this is just being finicky! I have suggestions, things that could have been better. The room could use a wall clock, the bathroom shower curtains and towel racks. They should leave written instructions on the table about how to keep the TV from timing out. Make an extra socket to enable using the kettle while it's on the fridge. Clean up should entail searching for stray hairs in hidden places especially as the decor has slats for such to fall in.

Kettle provided but no cups, coffee, tea, etc. No hangers for clothes. No hooks in the bathroom for towels and not possible to switch on the AC, the room was stiffling

The staff, the smell, the bed. I booked a studio and they gave me another room i didn't request. There are no towels in the bathroom.
