Clean rooms in comfortable & relaxing settings.

In the middle of nowhere, & never see any staff, but no problem if you have a car.

Love the grounds, the barns the beds very comfortable. Room was very clean and well decorated. Shared kitchen had everything that was needed very quiet area and accommodation, which was nice

The gravel in the carpark was not great for wheelchair users or people unsteady on their feet, front door and fire doors to guest house and rooms were very heavy. If I had travelled on my own I wouldn't have managed. Inside the rooms the space between the bed and wall was too narrow so couldn't get to fridge or windows. Bathroom was spacious and accessible apart from wasn't able to use shower due to no shower chair or seat. Would have been nice to see the host more. We would definitely return though

The hot tub was an added bonus , quite private and set outside which added to the ambience .... The facilities in the communiual kitchen were great

The mattress was not the comfiest , but given the price for a 2 night stay , I think I can let tjat slide

Check in super fast and easy, room was fine, as expected. Beds comfy and room spacious

The clothes rail was very wobbly! And the walls are very thin so we heard every word of the conversation in the room next door!

We got 2 emails, 1 about the road closure well after we'd arrived. Had found out using Google maps. Also late check out offer only arrived at 9.30. Maybe there's a delay in your email account.

Lovely location, clean, fresh & tastefully decorated room. Beautiful gardens in a pretty rural setting.

Had a couple having a loud argument for hours in the apartment above us. It went on for so long that my sister & I couldn’t stand it any longer (11.45pm) I had to go & seek out where their door was & knock on it & speak to them. Apparently they live there! They weren’t very quiet later on either, very selfish.

Good location for trip to the broads. They sent additional info about road closures on the day. Parking space good

Only on bedside light, with the twin beds. Green fire exit light, illuminated bedroom, very bright.
