The staff was very friendly and helpful

This was a last minute booking due to most other places in the city being sold out. It is quite pricey for what you actually get, small room. Was quite noisy during the night. The location is not very safe, do not go out walking alone at night, especially while travelling solo.

The only thing that I didnt like was that they dont have microwaves in rooms or looby. And they dont have mini fridge in rooms to keep your drinks cold for long stays.

Price and location. Staff is polite and they let me checked-in early, so that's nice.

I found THREE COACKROACHES in the room, and I stayed for only two nights! The towels are disgustingly soiled! I had to go out and buy new ones for me. The place is definitely not clean. Also, the room I was given was located near the front desk, and I couldn't sleep because the staff people keep chatting and other guests came in and started yelling and playing with their cellphones. I won't recommend this hotel. You can find a better, cleaner, quieter option for the same price.

Great location, especially for the price. Very small rooms but they have everything you need and more with more privacy than a hostel.

The towels are GROSS! Almost black! I felt sick just watching them. They should really invest in better laundry for their towels. Also, the people of the front desk didn't care that there are rooms in their same floor and would have loud conversations well into the night. I had a bad night trying to sleep with their chatter and noise at night.

Receptions don't speak English. I have to communicate with Google translation. NOISE IS A HUGE PROBLEM IN THIS HOTEL. I was moved three times because of the noise. Hotel don't have sounds prof major problem for that location right in the middle of a BUSY area. My experience is very bad with my stay in this property I was there for EIGHTEEN DAYS horrible experience I WILL NEVER STAYED IN THIS HOTEL. I WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS PROPERTY. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL / MOTEL TO ANYONE PERIOD.
