A micro hotel but not advertised that way, and not very comfortable for older folks.

Bed is only approachable from one side making it difficult to use the bathroom during the night for the partner on the ind=side of the bed.

Bed was fantastic! So comfortable! I slept very well! Staff was very helpful and kind. Very patient with someone who is not terribly tech savvy! Love the convenience to the CDG terminal.

Établissement très propre, et à proximité de l'aéroport.

La réception, qui n'en est pas une, puisque que l'on s'enregistre seul, sur une tablette, bien qu'une personne soit pas loin en cas de difficulté. Idem pour le check out. Impossibilité de se faire éditer ou envoyer une facture instantanément....j'ai du la réclamer par mail, car elle n' était pas non plus disponible sur mon compte que j'ai du aussi créer pour l'occasion. A tout vouloir automatiser sous prétexte de simplifier, on se retrouve avec des usines à gaz.....la simplification est surtout pour l'hôtelier mais très peu pour le client, me semble-t-il.... Et puis dans la chambre, on se retrouve encore avec une tablette pour piloter les stores, la télé, la lumière....Après des heures de voyage et de la fatigue, on a pas forcément envie de se prendre la tête avec ces outils....

Modern facilities with good bar/ restaurant in lobby. Good shower, bed pillows. Great hotel for flying out of CDG next day

L'accueil et l'enregistrement rapide et efficace avec le choix de la vue et de l'étage. Chambre petite mais suffisante pour une nuit à l'aéroport... très proche du terminal et de la navette Bonne literie.⁹ On a adoré la domotique

Room :smaller than normal but adequate and highly efficient layout. Although, I wasn't very good at using it (I'm 76) I admired and liked the Ipad controller. Bed : very comfortable. Liked the idea of a solid bolster plus feather pillow. But mystified at how anyone can get to the other side to make it! can you put me out of my misery? The staff were exceptionally helpful to me which was really appreciated.

I didn't see an explanation of how to check in; obtain a receipt etc, but may have missed that

Aucun contact possible autre qu'un répondeur en anglais difficile pour un Français qui ne parle que le français aucune indication de ce fait àla réservation, un véritable scandal !
