The location is perfect, very central and close to plaza de armas. The staff was kind and helpful and the room very comfortable.

Staff were super helpful both times I needed help with my next travels. They called tour group for me the first time to confirm a pick up that was late. They arranged a back up plan to a potential train strike and when that didn't work, still made sure to make all the calls to the right people to get me where I needed to go on time. Very appreciated!

Room was freezing! It was warmer outside so I was not able to comfortably hang out in the room - I had to go outside to stay warm. Had to sleep with my down coat on. Water in shower was a great temperature but it was hard to get in and out of it since tile floor and air were so cold. Also need a light on the stairs.

The room was extremely cold and when asked if we can get a heater, we were told we can for extra 15 soles. If we wanted to spend more money on accommodation, we would have chosen a different place. What is more, the water in the shower was lukewarm, not even warm and given the temperature outside taking a shower felt like a punishment. Lastly, we got a towel which was basically torn on one side. Maybe it used to be a nice place in the past, but times changed and so should the facilities.

Really nice place, close to the main square, clean and comfortable rooms, has a tour company which provided excellent tours. Very happy with the stay. Nice hot showers.

Some better sound proofing. That is all but not bad.

Very nice staff! The location is perfect, close to the main plaza. The staff helped us organise a private trip to the lake titikaka. Clean sheets and hot water. Excellent value for money !

Sometimes a bit noisy at night time.

good location, good sized room, good value for money, hot shower

was woken up at 6:30am by builders drilling in the room next door. after a long day we did not want to be woken up this early. also gave the receptionist our clothes for the laundry however most of the clothes still had stains on when returned to us. we were given a partial refund for both laundry and waking us up early.
