Dirty rooms disgusting shower. Bad area. Don't stay here.

I appreciated the bedding wich was very comfortable, similar to a cloud.
The soaps provided in the shower had a very nice packaging making me think I used expensive products on my skin.
Unfortunately, I heard all the car noises from the street, insulation problem....
More than that, someone opened my room door during my nap and I have no clue how because I had closed it before !!!

Shower was broken and I couldn't even shower my children, hair in the toilet seat, the staff touched my belongings in the room and moved them before I got back to the hotel to clear my room witch I had Sid on the phone on my way back from a funeral. I cancelled my next night stay.

Everything. The staff here are the most friendliest, helpful, and happy staff we have ever encounted. Free beer on arrival and a sausage sizzle.... 😍

the bed was extremely comfy and the staff were welcoming (Ivy and a young lady working alongside Ivy, stood out from the rest as they went above & beyond when needing assistance).
• the bathrooms only had one roll of toilet paper (even after my mum asked them to add more); simultaneously the hotel had been completely booked out.
• no information pamphlet/welcome package offered on arrival.
• (my mum was disappointed that they had) no map with events/experiences happening in the local area
• smart TV unable to even open YouTube
• no food available at the pub
• room set for one guest when 2 were booked (one chair, one water, etc)

I had thought that the room would be cleaned daily however towels were not and no floor vacuum otherwise was good.

The marijuana smell and it’s been advertised as hotel but it’s more like motel or budget accommodation honestly

The staff was very friendly
The shower had hair from a previous guest. There was grime and soap scum on all the tiles and shower door.
The Queen bed was 2 single beds together but they were different heights. 1 of the single bed was broken so we were forced to sleep 2 people on the 1 bed.
We had hi hopes due to staffs friendly attitude however was unfortunately disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and broken bed

Affordable
The room was dirty, but the bathroom was really, really dirty. They cleaned the sink in a shared bathroom once in four days. And in the girls bathroom, just one toilet was available. Also, the room was quite noisy, from some engine nearby outside. If I pay a smaller price, I expect less services, not less cleaning.
