It had shared green balcony

It did not give the daily uses goods such as toothbrush and toothpaste and many facilities were not available

Extremely good value, and surprisingly high quality. This is as good as it gets for a cheap hotel. Large clean rooms, small but pretty rooftop pool and lounging area. WiFi a/c and shower all good. A mainly local area, no bars or western restaurants nearby, but plenty of street food and warungs, and a big food court across the street.

No elevator, restaurant or bar.

Very friendly staff, nice clean and big room with everythink you need, comfy bed, small kitchen and balcony in the room, TV, very quiet area, free water, tee and coffee station, nice Pool on the rooftop with a great view, common area to chill, good WiFi, 30 minutes walk to nusa dua beach, some shops/ Restaurants 10 minutes walk away, luggage room

If they would have a Restaurant for breakfast/ dinner it would be perfect!

Good value for money. Spacious room with with balcony, fridge and working table. Very quite.

Cleaning is missing. They came to clean the room 1 time for my 4 nights stay.

It's an apartment with just enough facilities required for a short stay.

When we arrived the AC was not working. We were sweating in the room for 1.5hrs before the staff figured out that the main switch was off after calling their engineer. The manager and rest of the staff was not able to understand English which made it even difficult to communicate. Water dispenser/ mineral water was in the lobby and not inside the room. Hair dryer is not availble either.

Staff very friendly and helpful

Room is well-lit and airy, thanks to the windows and sliding door to the balcony. Everything looks clean and well-maintained. The balcony is perfect to soak under the sun and enjoy your morning drink, even to air-dry your clothes. Complete basic amenities + water dispenser on each floor. Not to mention that the staff are really nice and helpful, ibu cleaner herself joyfully asked to clean our room.

Wi-fi connection. But hey, not everyone needs to do weekend online meetings like me 😂

I always come here when I need a comfy clean friendly private place and mostly extend my days here like this time! Free coffee and drinking water a kitchen an infinity pool on rooftop with view over whole Nusa tops it all. Highly recommend this.place...fair pricesll!

This place is a hidden gem - such a beautiful residence (hidden) packed full of surprises. Close to a super food park.

Free water, tea and coffee is the best! It was extremely convenient to not have to buy plastic water bottles and to be able to make a coffee in the morning as I wake up super early. And great to minimise plastic bottle waste. The location was fantastic - I could walk to a variety of local shops and food on really nice footpaths - don't be afraid to eat where the local people do, you will be amazed at how good and cheap the food is! Highly recommend Warung Bu Oki and also Cak Man for amazing wok fried fish. The staff will tell you where to go because they are exceedingly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, the balcony convenient, and the kitchenette and bar fridge an absolute blessing as they allowed me to make snacks and keep some food. For a value hotel this place offers a lot. The rooms are designed really well. For example, the bathroom doesnt open off the room, its separated.

I would have liked a more panoramic view from my room. The view of trees was pleasant, but I would have felt more creative with an expansive image of the surrounding environment.

my husband and I stayed there for two nights to take a break from our routine. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, quiet, clean. Access to beaches, malls and places to eat is very easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. From my room I can enjoy the trees and forest. For the price offered, this exceeded our expectations. We wanted to extend it but it's a shame it fills up so quickly. We want to stay again.

Breakfast available would've been great. If there's a Netflix on TV that would be super! Working space outside the room could be an option. I cant ask for more for that amount of price.

The price is fair for a hotel in Nusa Dua.

We booked 3 nights here and couldn’t even stay for one night as our room smelt strongly of cigarettes. We considered changing rooms but I could still smell cigarettes when stood on the balcony with the door closed so I believe it was coming out of the air con ventilation system. Not sure if this hotel allows guests to smoke in their room but it was clear that some people had been. We are used to accommodation that sometimes has a strange smell in the bathroom but the smell here was too strong to cope with. The room itself wasn’t bad but didn’t look particularly clean and was quite outdated. I was very surprised at this as all the reviews were so positive, but please bear this in mind when thinking about booking here. We checked out only a few hours after checking in, but staff were very understanding and did offer a refund.

The room was very clean, well designed, homely and comfortable. I could not think of something I disliked about the room. The staff were helpful. There was shared tea/coffee facilities. The location was great.

The pool was about 2ft deep, for some reason, and the lounge area on the roof was in need of some tidying and work to make it usable.

The view from rooftop pool is just amazing!Great location, quiet but close to all: shops, restaurants and beach. The rooms are very comfy, quiet, clean and got all you need, even a little kitchen. Hot shower, good Wifi and aircon, TV, little balcony with view into jungle, working space etc. Best: all time free coffee, tea or water from gallon. Friendly and helpful personal.
