Nice house, great location. Slept me and 15 others comfortably for a bachelor party.

We had a nice stay - We had issues with the oven working - also some of the televisions in the bedrooms we could not get to connect and we were not able to use them - that was a bummer

My first experience with a VRBO. Very easy process. Everything exactly as described. Actually, even better. Issues handled very promptly.

Perfect for our family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The common area easily accommodated all of us. The kids loved the pool and the elevator was a surprise bonus for transporting the luggage. Everyone enjoyed our trip.

Exceeded our expectations! Everything was wonderful! The house was very clean, the kitchen was stocked to perfection. comfortable beds and furniture. We had the most amazing time at Bella Bleu! Planning our next visit already. Thank you!

House was great. Good location, and the pool was a good alternative when the ocean was too choppy.

We had 10 adults and 9 kids so the house was the perfect size for our group. There were some maintenance issues -- there were 2 dishwashers, but one didn't work. There were water leaks in several rooms of the house, particularly the kitchen. The house is beachfront and would have been PERFECT except Monday morning a bulldozer came onto the beach property and worked all day, every day until Friday. They are draining a local lagoon into the ocean so there is a large pipe pulling water from the lagoon, down the beachfront and into the ocean -- causing the water to change colors. The bulldozer pushes sand around so it doesn't erode. This is all right in front of the house. That said, we had a great time and our little kids like bulldozers, so...it was still a wonderful week. That particular strip of beach and ocean is beautiful.

House is spacious and good location but pictures have not been updated on sites, needs major cleaning! The home also has beach construction in from of home that has and will be going on for months and no one told us :(.

When we arrived at the home we quickly noticed it was outdated and not clean. There was sand covering the couches and floors. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. There was black hair on many of the towels and bathroom floors. Dirty napkins and empty water bottle bottles in one of the rooms. The cover to the AC vents barely hanging on and one Even fell off during our stay. The downstairs AC was not working for the last days of our stay. The temperature reached high 80s. There was rust and mold throughout and on the balconies. Ice machine didn’t work. I could continue This list on and on. A crane was parked in front of our home most of the week blocking the view to the beach. Then we checked out and received a message with a photo of a broken fan accusing Us of breaking it. No conversation. Just charged our credit card for the cost of the fan (Which I cannot disclose the dollar amount due to homeaway policy...but it was excessive). We have called, emailed, messages via homeaway app. We get only auto responses saying “we will pass this to management”. A Month has passed and NO return calls or emails. I’m appalled at this owner and management. We rent houses 4-5 times a year via Homeaway and we’ve never been treated in this way or found a house in this condition. Sadly, we are fairly laid back and would have never left a negative feedback even with the condition - we understand it takes a lot to keep a house up and with Covid maybe they got behind or had issues finding help. But scam us ?? Can’t ignore that. I hope this review saves people from experiencing the same.

Bella Bleu had plenty of dining and cooking supplies; crock pot, blender, coffee pot(s), bakeware, etc. A few minor issues were addressed immediately by property management. They were very friendly and responsive! The pool got a lot of use by the kids. The pool deck is very spacious which was perfect for shaded lunches, snacks, and sitting outside with family. That is where we spent the majority of our time. We would have spent more time on the upper balcony off the master suite if it had been furnished with a small table to set our morning coffee on. The biggest drawback to this property is that they drain the lagoon EVERY day pumping it into the ocean directly in front of this house, as a bull dozer spends the day moving sand to direct the flow of the water. This is noisy and not the ocean view we expected to be looking at. The water that they pump onto the beach at the water line is dark and sludgy looking which stays along the edge of the ocean water for a while until the ocean takes it away. That makes entering and exiting the ocean less than desirable based solely on the off putting appearance. It’s difficult to sit back and relax while enjoying the view while the dozer beeps and rattles around the pipe all day. The evenings are lovely though. Magnificent sunsets and evening walks were enjoyed by everyone. For the price, as lovely as this house is, had we known about the daily lagoon drainage and dozer, we would have chosen a different property.

we had a family of 11 staying here with plenty of room, perfect location and lots to do around it, but in its own quiet area. we all loved the property and didn’t want to leave. needs some minor updates in some areas, but it is overall a great place to stay and we want to stay here again!

Overall a great stay. Great location on the beach and big enough to give everyone their personal space. Well equipped!! Made for a perfect thanksgiving week! Would recommend!!

Nice property but needs some attention. There were many maintenance issues: built in ice maker didn’t work, garbage disposal on island didn’t work, shower head in 2nd floor BR about to fall off, back door to deck top hinge about to come off wall, light over stove didn’t work, multiple tv remotes didn’t work. Contacted the number provided about disposal and tv remotes, told to replace batteries in remotes, that was done & still didn’t work. I asked for someone to come and get this corrected and never heard a word back. House is large accommodating ~22, nice kitchen but provides 1 kitchen towel, you have to purchase additional ones. When staying in a more upper end property the expectation is to have everything working or at least corrected during your stay. I wish this property had been in a little better condition. It is in a great location and the pool was great.

Overall we had a wonderful time in Gulf shores and this house. It suited the purpose of fitting out whole family of 19. A walkway to the beach would be great!

This property is located in a great quiet area which we loved. But this property needs some maintenance done. We had mouse dropping’s in the living room and many windows leaked during rain. Lots of towel bars and toilet paper holders coming off the wall. These are just a few of the problems.
