Location was good, right in the middle and close to loads of things. The staff were helpful and super nice. It was clean.

The room was very clean and tidy. It was rather small but functional and had everything one needs. The staff was welcoming and willing to provide help and solutions. For example, we faced an issue with a noisy ventilation fan, but we were given another room on the second day. The location is perfect: being close to two metro lines, the rest of Tokyo is well within reach. Roppongi itself is an incredible neighbourhood with lots of bars, restaurants and good crowds.

The room was on the small side. Therefore it can feel a bit cramped especially if you have a considerable amount of luggage.

love the slick and modern building. Handy location for two train stations and lots of cafe and restaurants nearby.

The room and the bed is in the small side but it’s expected as you’re in Tokyo.

I didn’t think the breakfast was equal to all other services at the hotel. No variation, eggs under cooked and runny, rice sticky and not hot.

Very good location, just 1 minute walk from Roppongi Station and in the beating heart of this neighborhood that especially comes to life at night. Really kind and helpful staff, every single one of them impressed me! We had AMAZING views from our room, which was perfect clean. Especially enjoyed the shower and the comfortable bed. The massage chair was a bonus! Great value for money!

Room size could be bigger but the Design of the room gives you bigger perception about the size of the room, so not a big deal

Good value for money, clean and comfortable modern hotel in the center of Roppongi. Plenty of restaurants, bars and stores within 5 mins walking. Roppongi station very close. Relatively for Japanese hotels, especially in the heart of Tokyo, it was roomy enough for a couple. The staff were nice and understanding. The checkout time is 12, which was nice for us.

As with nearly all Japanese hotels, the room is on the small side. Really nitpicking now - the elevator always stops needlessly on the 4th floor (where the lobby is) when going both up and down.

We travel a lot around the world, and this is the worst hotel service i ever had! First of all, i have a big family with 8 ppl (some elderly and kids) to check-in together, but i have to spend more than 15 mins to check-in by myself with the machine and the staff just standing aside me ...... It was running a bit late for dinner that night ,we've booked the restaurant and just want to call and confirm if they hold the seats for us.The staff replied us they can not offer this service.I know it is not a necessary service, but when you need help ,you feel disappointed and angry with this "3 -star" hotel . When we have to check out with the machine, again, the staff just looking aside.The machine request us to return the key card room by room,if you only got one room on hand,its fine.When you hold almost 10 card on your hand, its hard to know which cards came from the same room.....eventually i spend 15 mins again to check out as i have to try the key in the machine one by one.... Again,the staff only standing there doing nothing..........
