The hotel is a world class design with the wonderful facilities that allows for an overall leisure experience. It is great destination for the inner city vacation as it is accessible and accommodating.

I have two issues: 1. I had booked two double beds - I was given a small standard double bed. 2. I BOOKED for a Spa Treatment for 2 at the MANGWANANI SPA - PIVOT which included 2 luxury towels. I was not given the 2 towels, was told they will be couriered to me, was told I will be phoned on the issue, my number was taken, no phone call has been received from the SPA. Send an email enquiry follow up to the SPA , no one has bothered to acknowledge nor respond to my email. More than a week later, i am still waiting. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! Thank you

Central safe location. Very comfortable. Great access to the area for business, shopping and restaurants.

One of the bathroom towels was VERY DIRTY!!! Bed was crispy,bathroom not properly cleaned.Anyone could tell there was someone before us(which shouldn’t be the case)

Excellent location.

The room was very comfortable and clean. All the toiletries were supplied and well presented. The bottle of champagne I ordered with the platter for myself and my fiancé were also well presented and very tasty. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice, the variety of food was amazing, and the food itself was exquisite.

The food itself was great and the waiters were very good, however, we had to stand and wait for a table for 20 minutes for our breakfast. We experienced issues with our TV, it would not switch on, we reported it to the front desk, they advised maintenance would come sort it out, no maintenance showed up, so I ended up doing it myself! The coffee facilities only had enough milk supplied for a single cup of coffee.

The television in the room is so old. You have to type numbers on the Remote to change channels which is very irritating.

The service

We love the location, great breakfasts, fantastic staff - they’re helpful and very friendly.

I feel that the decor is a bit “tired”, the double bed mattresses sink in the middle and we’d prefer a larger bed. We have been visiting for many years now and the decor hasn’t changed. Also, it would be nice to have more coffee & milk available in the room not just one serving per day - but I guess we could have requested more.

The breakfast was very Tasty. And served very Professionally.
