We have booked Family apartments for our Christmas. When we arrived with my family, we were provided with totally different apartments, but also family apartments as we were told. No ONE photo of our reservation matched to the real, no one. I went to ask whether they can provide us with the apartments we have booked as shown on the photo, but no, we were requested to wait two of our three days to change the apartments. Also, room was not prepared for our family, I needed to ask to prepare it for all of our family members and it took 2 hours before we were given pillow/blanket cases, towels etc. Pillows and blankets of yellow colour (I was asked by my child: why it is so duty here?), a layer of dust under the bed, no bath as was declared during booking, no dishwasher, which was important to me staying with 3 children. But we were told by staff that there are apartments with dishwasher, these are simply were occupied. Such “Christmas surprises” I don’t like. Came to have Christmas in Vienna and such disappointment we have got. When cleaning ladies came to clean the room, we have asked to come a little bit later, since we were preparing to leave, we were told by one of the ladies just: No! But thanks to second lady who cleaned apartments, changed towels etc. Of course I do not recommend these apartments since you will get your booked apartments in case you are lucky.

Great place, very clean and helpful staff, especially Mihaela, at the front desk. She was super helpful, with lots of tips and advices helping us all around Vienna. Highly recommended!

Very noisy street, lots of noisy restaurants with music just down the room, no air-conditioning , it was extremely hot. Dirty sofa with some brown spots, hair pins in bathrooms. Linen for sofa was not provided although was asked in advance by email. Receptionist leave reception and luggage room open with hotel door open for everyone , so no security .

staff was helpful and kind, rooms were spacious and have everything you need, next to thevu bahn, clean
