The room size for a single room size is quite ok.
The bed mattress is either cheap or old, it seemed that there's nothing between its metal springs and the sheet. So I felt all of them with my back.
The breakfast was eaten totally by a bunch of old ladies from a bus excursion and an army of young people within 7 minutes from the start. The food on the plates were renewed by stuff partially and not too soon.

Surly staff. There was a bug in my bed. Poorly positioned plug sockets for charging phone. Not so comfortable bed. Strange location. Average breakfast.

Breakfast (lots of options to choose from), location (10 mins walk from the tram) and spa.
Dirty room, lots of dust. Uncomfortable beds and mattresses. Old bed sheets, with holes in them. Also, there was no kettle and fridge in the room.

Dirty, found hair in bed , clothes of a previous guest in the closet .
Also the walls are very thin.you can hear guests conversation from another room

Very nice and comfy accommodation for a reasonable price. The breakfast was very tasty with a wide range of choices. I certainly recommend.

Overall it was a nice 2 night's stay for me. Staff nice, room ect. faultlessly clean and I do recommend to have breakfast included option since the breakfast buffet is great and was my biggest like here.
Some of the furniture/furbishing would like some freshening up, just worn.. Some rooms need new mattresses. First room was not goodin the aspect, second was good though

Hotel is nice value for money we paid.. There are two shops nearby and a tram stop for getting to city center.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations, the variety was nice. Also parking was good and safe. Exceptionally clean - new towels every day, the bathroom fresh and shiny. Staff at the reception speaking good English.
The bed mattress was lower at the side where one sits on the edge and so uneven. But I could manage :)

Staff very friendly and polite. Everyone was very professional! Breakfast a bit repetitive but quite a choice of salads.
Have to pay extra for Spa. Disappointed in that, especially since it didn't say it in the description.

Very good staff, especially receptionist Iryna and administrator Dominika. They helped us very much. Good breakfasts, cozy and good furnished room. The hotel has a nice SPA facilities and is situated in a green and silent area of Cracow.
We are the same refugees from Ukraine like others who lived in neighbouring rooms. But we lived near Gypsy families with a huge number of children and it was very much noisy every evening. Children broken chairs in a floor hall and elevator. Families with children had breakfasts in other dining hall, but every morning they came to our one to take something.

Every staff member was so helpful, the food was delicious. I liked how the room service clean our room.
