The attitude of the manager and also in the room spa is not convenient.. I asked for a wake up call and they forgot !

Below par check-in experience. Reception promised a second keycard and to refill up the minibar as previous guest checked out, and it was empty. None of those were done until I came down the next day to ask. Location is right in front of the beach, which reeked of sewage stench. You get no discount for dining with your IHG One Rewards as it’s a franchise hotel. The Dome restaurant had really poor service, food came 50 minutes past order and sushi rice was not cooked through, and salmon was not fresh. I’d expect high quality food for the price.

The property is located at marine drive having great view of sea . The staff was very nice and courteous especially front desk senior Shrijeet who also upgraded us to higher category. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.

I had mentioned for the city view but the room had no view. In fact it had a very small window. We had checked in post 6.30 and being my brday I had requested for an upgrade but they didnot bother to do any thing to make my stay memorable. They have not even issued the GST bill to me.

My wife and I had the most delightful stay at the Intercontinental Marine Drive in Mumbai. The staff was very courteous, considerate, and helpful. The room that we had had a great view of the bay and was very comfortable to stay in with a nice decor. We got to try out only one restaurant, Long & Short, and our experience of that was excellent - again, kudos to the staff who worked hard and well and took really good care of their guests!

It was close to perfect. No complaints at all.

The hotel staff is very polite and very helpful. We loved our stay there. Rooms are clean and very spacious with an exceptional view. The breakfast is delicious and served different items.

There is no such thing that we did not like here. We love staying here and will be staying here more often.

Room size was gigantic. Bed , lounge and workdesk areas in one. Concept of bathroom was unique. Divided in four dedicated sections of WC, wardrobe, basins and bathtub. On the outside Marine drive area with walking promenade offered scenic view of the bay-sea. Plenty of nearby restaurants in case one wanted to eat out. Easy and congestion free accessibility from outside mumbai by road via eastern express highway. Congestion free accessibility to mumbai airport via western express highway and sea link.

Parking although free and aided by attendant is on the road outside of premises. Fine of 10, 000 if parked on marine drive. Bland Non spicy cuisine is sorely missing.

Fan wasn't there in the room

Wonderful staff, fab location, and a brilliant room. Breakfast was very good and the pool on the roof was exceptional.

I had booked a sea facing king room but the check-in staff at the reception just upgraded me to the suite which just had a different vibe to it... Just made our stay memorable. We just wished we shud have booked the stay not just for one night. But looking at the service and facilities I definitely plan to come again hopefully to have a upgrade and warmth from the staff

Nothing specific...but I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu.... along with more cordial and vibrant staff for the breakfast service
