シャワー室にドアが無いので水がシャワー室の外側に出て困った

We stayed for 3weeks and we had a wonderful time. Though the hotel was bit old in a sense that it’s been too long in business. The hotel was clean and well maintained from the rooms, lobby bar and pool. The property had given attention to all areas of the hotel including the garden outside may not be not significant to others but salute to the management how every morning someone is always cleaning the garden and taking care of the plants. The food and breakfast options were excellent. Above all these the staff really made a difference in our stay. From the security, housekeeping, waitresses in the lobby and waiters in the restaurant who always greet us with a smile. Joe in the restaurant always remember how we want our coffee made, and how they remember our names made us felt like home.

We Enjoyed the hotel

The pool, breakfast buffet and the amazing lobby.

The room is outdated but it is still good and no bidet.

The property location it is very quiet. And the breakfast buffet is superb.

The Marco Polo was a nice place… Friendly people…Great swimming pool, Good facilities & cakes…

It was a little far out & away from shops & facilities…

Chinese restaurant was beyond excellent both in food and also service.

Dinner buffet Friday was pedestrian. Originally planned to do Saturday as well but didn't because Friday dinner buffet was not good. Breakfast buffets were always good, just the bad menu of the dinner buffet.

All Good

Buffet breakfast variety of choice was plenty and quality of food was great. Room with city view is awesome, very comfy beds. Parts of the building felt dated but it has that old elegance to it with its marble countertops and floors. Loved the courteous staff and prompt with handling our requests.

Bathroom while modernised lacks a place to put shampoo/conditioner/soap while taking a bath. Paper forms upon check in and need for deposit was bit strange. Only had instant coffee in room, would be nice to have tea options too.

Excellent service from all staff as always. Delicious food. Great amenities. We keep coming back because we know we always can expect a great stay with super friendly hotel personnel.

The little unused stage at the side of the pool has been there since our last visit in July 2022 and is a bit of an eyesore
