Remote control for the TV didn't work as described in the manual. I asked the staff if the were any restaurants nearby he could recommend, for some reason he wouldn't and advised to order to my room. I thought it was odd. He also told me my room was in the F building and expected me to find it without explaining it to me first, then when I came back to him he seemed surprised I did not know how to get there. Which was also odd.

pool great. staff so friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, modern and beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly, the reception staff spoke English very well and were extremely helpful with arranging a taxi for us when we checked out. Overall, a truly wonderful stay. We'll definitely go back.

It would have been lovely to have a chair or two on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful cool breeze and views at night.

Very comfortable bed and large, quiet room. Location very convenient so close to Seaworld and metro. Nice pool area to relax and brilliant staff. Good value for money.

Decoration is a little dated but for the price, hard to complain.

This is the second time staying there- the first time eating breakfast. Good assortment. It's located in a Prime Spot in Nanshan close to everything. The staff is ALWAYS AMAZING. Especially Tom at the front desk who helped me print some papers.
