They have 3 people rooms and the view is good on one side of the building.

They won't keep our luggage at the concierge until the next day so that can bring it to CEC for the exhibition. Instead, they asked us to fit it inside our room, taking up much space.

The space in the room was not enough for 3 people compared to the room I had been one night before this room was a little dated and smaller.

Los baños ni eran amplios ni limpios... el desayuno era más parecido al de una pensión que al de un hotel de calidad, la ubicación genial para los amantes de las carreras de caballos, pero para los turistas... mal, alejado de las estaciones de metro o de los puntos claves para los que visitan esta ciudad.

We were unfortunately placed on a floor with other guests who were not respectful of sharing space with lots of loud noise (screaming children/playing) and smoking in their rooms. When I highlighted these concerns with the staff they were very understanding and accomodating in organising a room change. In addition to the kind understanding of the staff, the manager Agnes and duty manager personally attended our room to apologise and check we were ok. So despite the the poor behaviour of other guests (outside of the control of hotel staff).

It was disappointing that other guests can be noisy or smoke indoors. However it was great to see how quick the staff responded and the actions takes to rectify the situation.

The area was surprisingly spacious for a room in Hong Kong.

Location was not very near causeway bay and had to walk quite a distance. But the hotel provides compliments shuttle bus so it’s convenient for family with kids

Range for breakfast could vary more, but generally good. Staff great.

We stayed 20 nights and breakfast was mostly same each day.

After a very long flight and an early morning arrival no access to room before 2pm

The room is clean with a cozy & aesthetic interior. The staff is courteous & responsive to requests. Breakfast is good enough. Also, the location makes Dorsett a good pick.

It does not have complimentary bottled water inside the room, only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided daily for the 4 of us occupying the room. Another is the absence of bidet which is among the essentials .

The 3 single beds are cramped in one room that the 2 beds are just an inch apart from each other. No water inside & bidet & just 1 roll of toilet paper are among the minus factor for me but just tolerable.

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre bien équipée bien qu’un peu petite.

Passage ménage quotidien uniquement sur demande. Petit déjeuner acceptable au vu du rapport qualité/prix mais pas exceptionnel.

Le personnel très agréable et toujours prévenant. Chambre spacieuse et très bon petit déjeuner

Juste un petit bémol, le ménage consiste seulement à changer les serviettes. Pas le lit de refait et le sanitaire pas nettoyé.

Звездность не соответствует заявленной, номер достаточно старый. Пыль в номере, ремонтные работы на крыше в момент проживания постаянно долбили по крыше. Не хотели заселять пока не внесу оплату в полном объеме. Позвал старшего менеджера и решили вопрос внесением депозить в другой валютье до момента обмена денег. Халат принесли по требованию один и похож он был на ночнушку. Одноразовые приборы гигиены не пополняли ежедневно.

Good location, decent sized room. The staff are nice and friendly. Good value for money.

Would be great if there are more restaurants in the neighborhood. We had to walk around 10-15 mins to reach the restaurant area. It was stormy during our stay, so walking was not the best option. If the weather is nice, it should be no issue.

朝からチェックインができ、そのまま部屋が利用させてもらえた。 ロビーから外への出口、シャトルバス発着場がとても近くて出やすい。 香港駅とホテル間のシャトルバスがとても便利だった。 トラム停車場が道路を渡ってすぐの場所。 少し歩いた先（トラム東西線方面）に安く朝食が食べられる食堂がある。

ホテルのせいではないが、ハッピーバレーに向かうトラムが一方通行のうえ、ハッピーバレーで確実に乗り換えなくてはならないのが不便 コンビニがそれなりに遠い。 エアコンの調節があまり効かない。（効きすぎる） booking.comでデポジット登録したクレジットカードと違うカードで支払いたかったが拒否された。

特にはありません。湾仔への中心地にはトラムで。普段と違う乗り物での移動はなかなか楽しかったです。
