Everything! Value, Comfort, Staff, access to the Beach. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to return.

Charging for something other than water to drink at the dinner buffet. Come On Man… The live entertainment is way too loud during dinner. Music should be in the background, allowing you and your guests the ability to have a conversation across the table.

Staff were kind and courteous at all times and the faculty is well maintained and clean.

The hotel has too many rules that convey profit over people. Some rules such as no outside food allowed to be eaten on the property (poolside or in your room) don’t make sense especially since the hotel only has one restaurant and not many options. Additional rules included no friends allowed in the pool if they are not staying in the hotel which again, with 4 large pools, they can easily make this accommodation for a better customer service experience.

lots of mosquitoes, my daughter had lots of bites. Toilet clogged every second day. aircon was not working and once was fixed it was leaking water. room was never a 5star more like a 3star in my opinion. staff does not clean the room unless you call and ask.

The gym is opened from 7am-12pm. It makes no sense and it’s hard to go out at night and workout too

The Dinner Buffet is worth it.

We booked the grand room with pool access as our children likes to swm but there are rats. :( Yeah rats, not one but 3 rats. They tried to catch it but they were not able, they moved us to a downgraded room which is not worth tge original Room we have. They offered to put us back but ofcourse we are no longer comfortable as they cannot guarantee that there will be no rats anymore. To think with the big group of hotels they ate, rats should never be an issue. They did compensate us with a 1 night free dinner buffet but its still not worth the downgrade of our room.

Foods at breakfast are good. We love their mango & papaya jam 😀. We dined there for 2 nights and again foods are good.

We had an excellent time at the Henann Garden. Staff were helpful and courteous, good location for the beach, and main strip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was nice, breakfast was great and tasty! The massages were awesome! thank you to all the staff. We stayed in the direct access to the pool room which was amazing and worth the extra.

Wi-Fi was so unreliable. It really made it difficult for us. There was also a charge for the use of the gym, which, considering the price paid, should be included in the reservation!

Breakfast was very basic and no meat or fish alternatives for anyone who doesn`t eat pork so very poor.

Attitude of the hotel staff. The receptionist accused us of breaking an old fitment in the room claiming my niece must have done it and demanding we pay damages. She refused to accept we hadn`t done it and that the hotel cleaner had done it. Given we had paid for 3 rooms for several days there, and pay them a lot of money to then accuse us of lying is outrageous and disgusting behaviour. They ought to pay us compensation for their awful behaviour.

I like almost all about this Hotel except the food.

The food its worst. The breakfast its terrible taste. The swimpool bar food has a terrible taste also expensive. If this hotel change the Chefs and kitchen staffs for people who know how to cook it so will be 5 starts . I order pizza , chicken and potates, all food we couldn't taste, there wasn't taste, old cheese, only a few vegetables, the potate disgusting...the chicken hard to eat it end up in the trash. Can't reccomend eat here, its not worth. The breakfast we stayed 4 nights and the menu was rarelly changed, old bread, 01 type of old cheese, 02 types of old fruits without taste, everyday white rice and chicken with strong souce, there are options but no food to eat cause its not taste. Specially for kids, the children could have a properly breakfast meal they don't have kids menu.
