Very unfriendly and quite rude lady at the reception.

The room was clean and comfortable, no frills. The water pressure was amazing and hot! Easy access to the zocalo. The staff were professional and friendly.

The hotel is located in a great area and the staff was very respectful and answered all my questions

The hotel was good for the price. The staff was good and help full.

The rooms had no air conditioning the good thing is that I went at a time when it is not to hot.

Everything was working, it's just ok.

The staff said they hadn't received the payment for my booking by Booking.com yet, so I had to wait for two hours without letting me check in... And of course the lady at the counter was kind of rude. The room looked a little bit dated but everything worked well.

The hotel and rooms are very clean, it's in the heart of the center only one block away from the Catherdrial!

The hotel is perfect except it does not have an air conditioning unit, the rooms only have ceiling fans.

Location was perfect, hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Strong wifi which is importante if your here for work.

I got bed bugs here. I woke up at 3:00am with many large bites. I told the staff and they gave me a new room but I had to move all of my things by myself at that hour.
