Location was perfect and the accommodation, room and facilities were great.

The room was modern and plenty of space. Lovely and warm which was great for me as I'm always cold. Great little kitchenette attached to the room. Host was really friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Lovely host. Bed the most comfortable I have slept in and I travel alot and stayed in many different places in the area. Very peaceful, had all the amenities I needed and everything very clean and nicely presented. I felt at home and very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.

Lucy was a fantastic host and ensured that I had everything I needed. The facilities are great and worked very well for me staying in the area for work. It's a really lovely setting so was lovely to come back and sit outside the room in the garden area and relax after a busy day. I felt very comfortable as a lone traveler. Thanks again Lucy.

Host was very welcoming and helpful. Lovely location- peaceful and surrounding scenery beautiful. Good central location for exploring surrounding areas in Norfolk and Suffolk. Really good to have additional access to kitchen area including microwave and fridge.
