Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Was great to have access to a washing machine half way through a large trip. Good value for money.
The room and bathroom was very small. It was a bit of a walk to drag my suitcase across the cobbles.

The staff is really great and sweet, very centrally located. We got really lucky that we were upgraded.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. The location is amazing. It is right next to Michael's Gate (which is the only city gate that has been preserved of the medieval fortifications) in the old town and only a 2 minute walk from the main square.
The room (deluxe 43) was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great bathroom and very comfortable beds.
Miro was so welcoming and attentive - you could not ask for more of a host. He was attentive and friendly. We arrived very early and he looked after our bags and called us as soon as the room was clean to let us in early.
All of the main attractions are within easy walking distance and there are lots of choices of places to eat even for us vegans.
Links from Bratislava to other cities are very good (we had a day trip to Vienna by bus which picked us up and dropped us off less than 5 minutes away from the apartment).

This was a 10 out of 10 experience, from booking contact to check in to storing bikes to sending us on our way to explore the old city. Great customer serice, fantastic location, excellent little apartment, magic air con, strong secured WIFI, a friendly smile bonus.

The location is perfect. The customer care was superb! Receptionists men were always ready to help and very polite. Room was clean, comfy, had tea and coffee available in the room, air conditioning worked too

Very centrally located,still no noise from outside in the room (except some kind of AC humming from rooms below). The bathroom was large and bright. The kitchen was well equipped with e.g. kettle, toaster, tea, instant coffee, etc. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Big choice of TV programmes in many languages.
The bedroom and kitchen (App. no 27) was very small, with 2 people it was quite difficult to move in the room. Hence, the room is good enough for 1-2 nights but I would rather not stay longer. The bathroom started smelling over night (drain smell).

The location is excellent, in the old part of town and easily accessible via public transport links. Apartment was well equipped.
Some maintenance issues, but let reception know so they could rectify. This did not affect our stay.

The property was located in the old downtown. The place had a good atmosphere. You can find everything in a 1-3 minutes walk, so you do not need to drive at all. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was large enough and clean, too.

Amazing reception during check-in, and after for information another lady was there also super kind and helpful. Room was very comfortable and Internet connection could not be better! Will go back and recommend them too!

Perfect location for all you want to see in Bratislava. Room is quiet even on New years with a perfect view of fireworks! Great for a short visit to a charming city.

Everyrhing was great. Fully equipped apartment including tea maker, large refrigerator, washing machine, all you need to cook.
Also apartment is suitable for two couples
Saturday night light noise from the nereby night clubs.

Excellent location! Clean rooms and friendly staff. Value for money in the heart of Bratislava.
We stayed 5 nights and they didn't change towels as well as cleaning/freshing up the room. Also the size of the bed is quite small.

Window screws were loose which made opening the windows very difficult
Brick work in the hallways was all over the floor
Very noisy in the evenings with people coming and going from the apartment

It’s an apart hotel located right in the old city center. Our apartment was located in the back, so it was quiet during the night.
The pictures doesn’t reflect the reality. We got a studio, with a very tiny bedroom. This studio doesn’t have pictures on booking. So if you are expecting to receive an apartment, like the one in the pictures, you might be dissappointed.

The apartment is big and in a pretty good location, super silent, the staff was super friendly and you have everything you might need for a short stay.
The decoration is a bit old school.
