If you have a room at first floor, people may be noisy when they arrive and when they use the kitchen in the lobby/entrance. Don't hesitate to tell them to be more discreet :)

It was clean, not with many facilities but was confortable.

They are not answering to the phone, we couldn’t find it very easy and was impossible to contact them to ask any information.

We were in a group of 12 and we were promissed the barbaque place for that night. Also they said that we were the only big group there. In that morning another group, bigger than ours came and they went to the barbeque. It took 4 hours for eveyone to decide who can stay at the barbeque. Apparently both groups were promissed the same thing. The manager was bot answering the phone so we had to discuss with the administrator which mostly did nothing. It was a really unpleasant situation. Parking was not available even though it was promissed. Horrible experience.

The staff wasn't so nice with us. She was so agitated and do all thinks fast etc. Her attention wasn't on us,the clients.
