Amazing apartment of 120 sqm in the heart of JBR beach walk, just on the beach 100 m., sea and marina view. 2 bdr + 2 bathrooms, total bedding for 8-9 people max , but more comfortable for 6 people.
Internet and all facilities offer, how in 5 stars Hotel!

The tower is in the most beautiful area of Jbr, it is right in front of the sea and 100 meters from the tourist metro station!
We would like to remind you that the advertised apartments have all the services included as per the description (swimming pool, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, Babeque, etc.), but that as owners we cannot guarantee complete use during the period of stay as these services are outside the control of the apartment owners. .
It is possible that in some periods for safety reasons (e.g. cleaning the windows of the tower) some services may be partially unused during the day.
In case there are any limitations we will try to give access to an adjacent tower.
However, we would like to remind you that no refund can be requested in the event of a partial failure or non-use of one or more services of the tower.
Same thing for the Internet which we provide for free and we do not take responsibility for the use of the network - not as good as in Europe

This is an expansive, open, airy luxury apartment with many luxuries within the development. The pool and gym were very nice.
LHa, the onsite manager shows such warmth, kindness and genuine help, she is an asset to this property management.
Overall I am highly impressed with this property and my brief stay here.

First time out of the country. Me and my brother were looking for a relaxing and affordable place to stay with amazing view. After extensive looking, this place was the absolute perfect fit for us to stay the week we spent in Dubai. Alessandro is an amazing host and made everything super easy and comfortable for us to stay

Amazing property with fantastic sauna, pool, gym, super beautiful building, great apartment and superb location.
Alessandro, who I think is the owner is simply amazing in terms of availability, communication and solving clients needs.
Easy, luxurious, convenient and good value for money.
I’ll inquiere here again next time I am in Dubai before looking elsewhere 👍⭐️

Alex and Ali from Dubai selfcatering are real pro`s. Easy to contact and quick answers.
If we are going back to Dubai we will book by Alex again.

Location ideale per visitare Dubai. A poche centinaia di metri dalla passeggiata di Marina.
Basta attraversare la strada e trovarsi su una bellissima spiaggia. Appartamento molto curato ed accessoriato.
Appartamento silenzioso. Delizioso terrazzino. Molto pulito e ben manutenuto.
Proprietario attento alle richieste degli ospiti e sempre disponibile. All'ingresso del resort é facile prendere un taxi; la fermata del tram si trova a pochi metri e permette di raggiungere in sole due fermate la linea rossa metro. Molto consigliato.

Great location everything is within reach super close to the marina and the beach is one minute away couldn't have asked for a better apartment . Host has tips for saving money on restaurants ! Would love to be back someday

The trip was good, the apartment is very well situated, in the Marina, near JBR so we were happy about that.
The apartment was clean, and well furnished : dishes, washing machin, brooms etc...
I also would like to thank Mrs. Gio she was very kind, welcoming and available for questions.

we rented alex place for over a week. It was in the perfect location with the beach across the street. When we stayed there extra balcony furniture was added with lawn chairs and a sleigh bed. Alex and joy was in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a seamless process getting in and out. The place was exceptionally clean and check in was very easy. I would likely stay here again on my next trip to dubai. Alex was a great host and there was a carrefour right across the street and a late night pizza place where we could get food anytime.
All in all i was impressed and i highly recommend alex and his units to anyone and everyone. I give it 5 stars.

Vi bodde här en vecka i januari med våra tre barn. Vi trivdes toppen! Lägenheten var ren och fin, läget var perfekt. Poolen hade vi nästan helt för oss själva. Bredvid ligger en butik där du kan handla och en pizzeria.
Lätt att ta sig till stranden och alla aktiviteter runt omkring. Vi kan absolut rekommendera ocean heights!

l appartement est propre une vue incroyable sur la palm island, l immeuble est magnifique et surtout il est bien placé a coté de la marina et en face d un beach club accessible a pied. on trouve très facilement des taxis en bas de l immeuble. merci Alessandro et quand je reviendrai ce sera chez toi!!Thanks a lot see you next year.

i have been one week in this apartment and i am sure i will be back again. Alessandro the owner became really a person at your own disposal to help you not only regarding your staying in his property but also for anything you may need in Dubai. The apartment is fully furnished and very clean. you really feel to be at your home.

First of all Dubai is one of my favourite places to stay.
This was our third vacation in Dubai and our second stay in one of Alessandro's appartments. And it was truely the best one. Great location: carrefour supermarket just across the street, Dubai Tram right at the building.
The appartment was well furnished, cleaned and equipped. We were two adults and two nearly adult girls, so the two kingsize-beds, bathroom, seperate toilet and extra shower made it very convenient. Air condition worked fine and quietly.
Jo, the on-site agent, was so helpful. We had a water-leak in the bathroom. After three hours the technician fixed the damage under her Supervision, so we could leave the appartment. We missed some wineglasses, she organized them also. Many thanks!!!
The ocean-view directly to the palm island is incredible!

A very nice apartment in a building with all needed facilities like swimmingpool and gym. IT is also situated in a nice area close to the Marina where there are a lot of good restaurants. A short walk to the beach makes this apartment to an excellent choice.
