Хигиената в ресторанта на х-л Белвил беше нулева. Недобре почистени маси, мръсни чинии и прибори за хранене, по които можеше да се види какво е ядено преди. Нищо общо с това, което беше при предишните ми два престоя, заради които се излъгах отново да резервирам.

Great hotel location - Belville is located in a park environment with a lot of trees and flowers. Clean rooms and facilities. Enough swimming pools to accommodate many people. Very good entertaining.

Тhe hotel base is old and worn out, the sofas аре with stains. The food quality is medium, especially low quality on the charcuterie and on desserts. The staff could be more friendly and smiley - they don't greet you at least not until you are the first to greet them.

Large and clean rooms. Evening show was great.

Personnel is really bad. Initially look at you like a refugee rather than a client who payed 2k+ for one unhealthy week in their communist era "royal complex"... Shortage of personal at a whole! The food... well... as briefly as I can: The lowest quality of any product you can ever find on the market <> therefore the food you will never ever even attempt to buy and consume. Including the drinks. Until 14:30 you can enjoy shocking imitation of "gyros" on the beach snack point. After that there is nothing available to consume except their "sandwiches" at the same place. I will attach the "sandwich" below. The time is 16:00 and you have one hour to pump the gas and enjoy their "coffee and sweets" brunch event. Simply three models of the cheapest and dried "per kilo" sweets you can ever find and never buy on the market. Provided below. You will not be served with mojito on the beach until 18:00 :) Pretty scandalous, right 😀 Breakfast, lunch, dinner: Frozen meat straight to the grills. Salads: Tomatoes, cucumbers, "shopska", cabbage :) White/Yellow cheese "imitation products" Desserts: Same variations of cakes with just different colours and shapes "creating an illusion of abundance" with pretty the same taste qualities as the rest of the food.

I was happy to see that the sun umbrellas on the beach are renew this season and the shade is effective. The most I like the beach in this resort. The evening show is great, too. Gardens in whole resort are beautiful. Food and drinks are also good.

The dishes in the main restaurant was not always clean. There was not enought tables for all the guests and if you are going late, you need to wait. There should be more games and fun for kids- the kids disco is too short. The water in the aquapark is very cold even in hot days afternoon, it is only 25cm deep and I have no explanation why is so freezing cold.

The Aquapark, the evening shows, the beach, the beach restaurant, the park area, the disco bar, the variety of training classes (Zumba, body work) and beach games during the day, the food was delicious and various, the hotel room was spacious, beds and pillows were comfirtable

The tons of people in the restaurant made the dinners very difficult and unpleasant to find a free table, to collect your meal it took around 20 min, to enjoy the food when so much background noise from the people around; too much noise coming from the beach animation at noon/ between 2-4 pm, when children were sleeping

1st september burst of clients didn't got them prepared. Had to wait more than half of hour to find a place to eat for 1st and 2nd September. Also, didn't found a lounge on the beach all day for 1st September.

1. Outstanding outdoor spaces, gardens pools, tennis courts. Perfect for families with kids. 2. Beach is great and clean. 3. Rooms are clean. I would come back because of the amazing gardens, pools and the beach.

1. Restaurant food could be improved. The plates were not always clean. Covid measures were not observed. 2. Room is old, not too comfy. Pillows are insanely small. No Internet in the rooms-although we knew in advance, that's not really typical for Bulgaria. 3. The staff is not well prepared, they lack experience.
