It's been one of the best combination of price/quality in Dubai! 3 min to metro station Mashreq, a lot of street food in the area, 7-10 min walking to the Mall of the Emirates, the rooms are fully equipped even for longer staying.

I would change pillows, some of them felt like bricks.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort like facilitating early check-in and late check-out. The cleanliness was exceptional. The apartment was wide and spacious. The location is great, close to the metro station and with many affordable restaurants close by.

Great budget hotel apartments with a decent gym and medium sized pool. The location is excellent with several terrific restaurants. The staff were helpful and cheerful.

Upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was large and well equipped. Staff are very helpful and efficient. It is close to the Metro and there are plenty of good restaurants in the area. Will defiantly be using again.

They need to get shower curtains!

quiet rooms clean hotel friendly and helpful staff excellent location near metro station ,emirates mall supermarkets and many restaurants small pool for a quick dip an english translation of the Holy Koran as a gift in the cupboard car parking is available

there needs to be someone to help you if you can not operate the machine in the gym or instruct you if they are not working

The rooms are very large, but need a refurbishment - some aspects are just rather old. Especially the baths - I LOVE having a bath: but there are rust and stains in the baths which are really off-putting.
