Absolument rien cet hôtel ne devrai pas avoir 2 étoiles au vu des chambres et installations. La chambre que l'on a eu était pourtant dite chambre PMR ou un fauteuil roulant ne passe même pas sur les contours du lit, SCANDALEUX.
Un accueil pas très chaleureux, une chambre très très petite, sale et vétuste et malheureusement l'obligation de trouver un hôtel plus confortable après une journée déjà assez éprouvante. Et à la restitution de la clé une personne qui s'en fiche aucune question pour trouver une solution, rien!!! Je ne retournerai plus jamais dans ce dit "hôtel".

Das Personal war trotz Stress sehr freundlich und empathisch.... Das gebuchte Abendessen war reichlich uns gut. Merci Madame....
Es ist eine sehr alte Unterkunft bzw Gebäude, Zimmer sehr klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Umgebung läd weder zum Verbleiben noch längerem Aufenthalt ein, ist direkt an der Schnellstraße, die man aber kaum wahrnimmt und auch keine Lärmbelästigung.... Das GPS bei GT einem zwar zur Hausnummer 9, die gilt aber für unzählige Gebäude in einem Gewerbegebiet, man muss erstmal "suchen", am besten genau auf Google maps schauen.

Le personnel est agréable.
Hôtel très vieillissant... Un grand coup de rafraîchissement serait nécessaire. La douche est petite il n y a pas de chauffage....dans la salle de bain.
Radiateur grille pain pour chauffer la chambre. Le rideau tombe sur le radiateur.
La chambre est petite la lumière très tamisé..
Les draps étaient propres... Les serviettes de bains seraient à renouveler...
Le petit déjeuner n est pas top mini croissant mini pain choco... Du pain coupé d avance...
Les chiens sont acceptés mais on nous a demandé de rester au niveau de la 1ere table juste à la porte pour le petit déjeuner...
L insonorisation n est pas top...

Facile d'accès. Chambre correct pour une nuit d'escale de voyage.

L'hôtel était facilement accessible et proche du lieu où nous nous rendions.
La chambre ne correspondait absolument pas à ce qu'il était écrit sur le site même si elle était confortable et propre. Il y a une bouilloire mais uniquement du café.

Absolutely fine...we use this place everytime we drive to Herault region...friends used it to on our recommendation...great value budget hotel in ideal spot to break up the mad rush south

Single beds, good lock on tbe door
No airco in the room, only one towel for each person > how do you take a shower at night, brush your teeth and wash you face in the morning with only one towel? Not hygienic and simply gross, so just provide customers with a small and a big towel.

I always stay here when possible on my way to and from my holiday home.
Always exactly what you expect and require on your overnight stay.
Pretty happy with everything. I think they have got it just right for an overnight stay.
I always have trouble finding it even though I've been there many times as my TomTomleads to what appears to be an industrial estate.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with additional pillows as requested (thank you). The man on reception was very nice and breakfast was good too. A good place for a stopover en route. If you didn't want to eat there then there's a restaurant nearby.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, the fresh fruit salad was no where to be seen.

This was my 4th stay here and it is niow my go to place to stay overnight when travelling down through France.
I've always found the staff very friendly and welcoming, the beds comfortable and the breakfasts very good value.
I know it can't be changed but it is not the easiest place to find. My Tomtom always has trouble finding it.
On this particular occasion,the TV remote was faulty and I could only change channels in one direction and also the volume control didn't work.

Plenty of parking available for our car and trailer. Loved the good natured welcome and banter from the friendly English speaking man working on reception. Conveniently no stairs to the rooms and after a long drive the 30 minute direct route from the motel into the town centre was much needed to stretch our legs.
Functional Breakfast room/restaurant with a good selection of breakfast items including, fruit juice, fresh coffee, cereals, yogurt, dry fruit, breads, cheese, ham. The inclusion of a DIY ‘egg boiler’ was a nice addition if you like to start the day with an egg!
We had to rehang part of the curtain in our room that had fallen off its hooks in order to exclude light.
But the worst thing was being kept awake by an irregular but never ending squeaking sound. It had a similar effect to the torture technique of a dripping tap. Being driven to despair we eventually traced it to the extractor fan in the en-suite which was being triggered by a draft from outside. It was a windy night and with nothing that we could do to stop it in the dead of night, the only solution was to use our pillows as mufflers over our ears. Not the most restful of nights!

people came in the middle of the night screaming and knocking our door and we have no idea what is happening. when we called the reception which he already went home, he started to investigate us and asking questions instead of coming to see the gang who are screaming in the corridor and knocking doors or at least explain what is happening. it was one of the worst experiences i had.

Worst experience ever. Dated room with burns on furniture from cigarette or similar. Paid for "Very good breakfast included" as per Booking.com only to find in the morning there was very limited choice of food, no hot food at all. Even no hot water in the flask which I needed to request to boil. There were little croissants (petit 5 cm long). When I went to take another one the lady from reception who overlooked kitchen as well took it off my hand telling that only one croissant per customer. Ridiculous customer service. Never again any booking in this hotel.
