Wonderful family run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay in Capri .They provided alot of information on the attraction and tips which made our time in Capri much easier and more enjoyable.

all the staff are so beautiful friendly and awareness about deaf community for sign language with communication they really enjoying learning sign language and they kept asked to us but they alway help where is the trouist on map are so prefect

1) This shouldn’t be considered a hotel, more like rooms in the middle of a village, location is extremely bad. 2) The hotel mentioned that they had shuttle services that would drop us to the nearest bus stations at any time (just like other hotels in the area), only to get rude treatment/ a warning/ yelled at for asking the shuttle to drop us as they mentioned they only use it for check-in or check-out guests. 3) On our check-out date they dropped us to a bus station which was closed and they stopped answering any calls or messages from us, we were lucky enough to be the last passengers to board our ferry to Napoli which we nearly missed. (attached photo) 4) Anacapri and Capri itself is a beautiful place and we will definitely be visiting many times, but not staying with Hotel Bussola for sure.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, full of recommendations. Rooms were clean. Location was off the beaten track, which we loved. We would definitely go back.

Beds were a little firm and a double bed was made of two singles. The pool, which is under construction, will be a great addition.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Traveling with small children, their recommendations for things to do and the ride to the square were much appreciated. Our room was comfortable, and spotless, and we liked the layout of two separate rooms with a sliding door that could be closed. The little terrace outside was cute. the location a bit outside of the town made things nice and quiet.

Good breakfast, Nice gardens, Hotel is like a museum, a lot of artefacts to see and admire Easy to visit Amalfi center, restaurants. Bus stations everywhere and easy to acces any corner off the island. Very beautiful narrow streets. Car transfer from bus station to hotel. A lot of informations, what to visit around.

I don't remember anything wrong about my stay.

The lady at the reception was very helpful providing us internet with her telephone hotspot, as due to the storm there was no wireless!

There were no sleepers in the bathroom!
