The mattrasses weren´t that comfortable in the room we had and were due for a replacement.

The view and the staff were amazing!! location in Anacapri was nice but if you have only one night i would recommend to stay in Capri as the busses were full and we had to pay lots of money for taxis. the room had a garden and it was clean and chill - big like!

Since the hotel is high on the cliff, the view on the sea is beautiful. The location in anacapri is good. There are buses to the beach and the center every 15min which cost 2.70€.

The room was not isolated at all, they have standard home type doors. Some young noisy guests were disrespectful until 1am and did not respond positively to my 3 attempts to reduce the noise; there was no one at the reception at that time to help even though booking.com shows 24/24h. I tried to call by phone and ring the reception bell, without sucess. The following night the hotel staff did not agree to move them as it would be a downgrade and asked me to move to another room. (The beds have low quality blanket.) The quality of the breakfast is very average, with nothing fresh except some fruits and hard boiled eggs (the breads, juices and spreads are pretty low quality and artificial/preserved). I asked the staff what beach to go, they informed me that Marina piccola wouldn’t have sun in the afternoon, which I still explored on the third day and it was super sunny until 4.30pm with nicest beaches than the 3 others I visited. When living I asked the staff for a taxi. The driver they sent did not accept to get the fixed legal rate to the ferry station and double the rate (40 euros instead of 22); I refused and he was keeping my luggage until I would pay! I almost missed my boat. This was not the hotel fault but yet they could have better local contact.

Location is great, the ocean view from the hotel is so so nice, very relaxing.

Breakfast could be better with hot offerings like eggs, bacons... Hair dryers should be updated/changed to new ones.

Location was great with a chance of a great view of the Bay of Naples, real close to the Anacapri Centro Storico for a nice walk around in the evenings before dinner and also easy to get a taxi or take a microbus to other parts on the island.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. They gave a lot of great recommendations for things to do. The location was okay, walking distance to Anacapri which had some nice things to do.

Breakfast was awful and the dining area was very dirty. The staff member working breakfast was very rude. The wifi didn't work at all. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Costs quite a bit to get to the grand marina by taxi. Another option is to take the bus but it takes a long time and the last bus runs around 7.

Surely it has a majestic Bella Vista and close to central location in the area.

I could only stay one night because I had to keep traveling. I would recommend it to my friends and family!

The worst hotel experience i have ever saw, we all felt unsafe and was scared all of the night from someone to highjack the room or snakes that can comes up from the garden as it was completely not clean same for the room very dirty big scam the receptionist was very rude and she lied about the room availability in the hotel... please bad experience ever don't recommend it for any one...

I had a spacious room with a good sized terrace. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Dining area for breakfast has a really nice view out to the sea. Location is pretty good for access to Anacapri town centre and also for Monte Solaro and Villa San Michele. Overall the hotel has a nice chilled out atmosphere.

It was hard to get hot water in the shower. I was fine in the evening but there was no properly hot water in the morning. Luke warm only. This should be fixed.

Nice place for few days stay in island with very good connection to Capri and main highlights - the hotel is located few minutes walk to main attractions of Anacapri and bus stops to Capri, Faro & Grota Azzurra. The room was clean and with nice view on garden. The personnel is very helpful and friendly. At morning you can enjoy a beautiful view from terrace during a continental breakfast.

it would be nice to have some kettle and tea/ coffee selection in room

The location is placed at only a few minutes from the Piazza Vittoria where from you can take buses to Capri and Grande Marino for only 2€ or taxis. The staff was lovely - very friendly and helpful. We have arrived a bit early, and they allowed us to leave to luggage there while we visited the places around the de property ( they give us a map and tell us what bus and what's best on the island - THANK YOU!!) The room was very nice, we had a view of the sea, and it was lovely to spend the morning on our small balcony. The best place to stay on Capri!!
