the room we were allocated could have been better . privacy was a concern and as the room located next to the ally there was noises of scooter and heard people talking at night

Stunning location, overlooking the sea and a great spot to watch the sunset. Staff friendly and informative. 10-15 minute walk into Anacapri which was fine by me. Would recommend to those looking to stay in Anacapri!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, with full minibar. The view is gorgeous from Il Girasole even though our room didn't have a direct view on the sea. The breakfast is relatively rich and excellent quality.

Superb experience. Communication during the booking process was perfect. We booked the shuttle and we were picked up upon our arrival even if we had to wait 45’ for all guests to arrive. it’s super clean, the room was nice and cosy and the airco worked well. The breakfast was a 5/5 as we had a vast choice of local sweets and delicious coffee. We benefited from the swimming pool and its sundeck on our last afternoon. The staff was very professional and very kind. They even managed to organize us a last minute private boat trip around the island.

Excellent views from the pool and some of the rooms (especially sunset). Only a short walk into the lovely town of Anacapri. The restaurants around this location are also top notch!

It was really cute and they provided transportation from marina grande which was great. The front desk arranged dinner for us at a place that picked us up and we really enjoyed that.

My only small complaint, which isn’t even a complaint, is that the pool doesn’t have a shallow end. The pool area was really nice and we enjoyed it a lot.

The views from the pool and the terrace were stunning, especially at sun set. The complimentary transfer from the ferry to the hotel was a real bonus as the taxi line was huge.

The bed had an extra topper on it but made the whole bed dip in the middle as it was 2 singles pushed together.

-the photos don't quite give an accurate idea of the hotel itself--the rooms, at least my room, was not very aesthetically pleasing, a little shabby, and the pool is smaller than I thought, but it was never crowded. It's just a more quaint place than I was expecting. -it's a little walk to the bus stop, but not too bad -i thought there was a restaurant on-site (my fault, I assumed)--there is a snack bar by the pool that's open 12 to 8, but I was told at 3 PM one day there was no food, which meant I had to walk into town to the bar for a sandwich. Normally, no biggie, but I was so exhausted after a long day. -poor phone service and ZERO wifi if you are in your room
