Great place : unique view from the terrace , cosy appartment , large windows to the seaside, parking on site, nice host and very supportive . If you ignore what I didn't like the place it is 10+ !
It should have small capsule espresso machine because nearby no coffee shop. Paperfilter-coffee it's no more appreciated! Stairs are a real problem all over Dubrovnik , too many too tall and too steep . It's better to descend when you leave from location , In the way back you are saved by the bus no 8 (pick-up from Pile Old Town Gate, a detour to the Gruz port and way back up to the villa street )
And because we appreciate cleanliness, we found appartment floor and terrace dusty! For those who do not take off the street shoes it's not a problem! Also the terrace could have mounted the water tap in order to cooldown the till floor on hot days or to remove dust !

Friendly and helpful staff -- Miho was wonderful, helping us with everything we needed during our stay. The A/C worked great so we were comfortable in the evenings. Great location, walkable to Old Town through a quieter gate. Be warned that there are many, many stairs to climb to get to the unit from the top or the bottom every time you return to the place. The view was amazing, and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay!

Nothing in particular about the property, but something more general about Dubrovnik. The city has become very expensive and i reflects on the prices of accommodations as well. Therefore, the absolute price for Villa Ragusa is a bit steep, but it is still fair when taking in consideration its location and the other properties.

Villa Radic and its huge terrace has the most amazing views looking over Dubrovnik city and the sea - easily the best views anywhere! The perfect apartment to accomodate our family of 7, with easy access walking into town, restaurants and the amazing coastline for swimming. Our hosts Miho and Mia were very friendly, accomodating and very helpful. We will be back!

The location is very convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to the old city (two of the big 5 star hotels - Excelsior and Grand Villa Argentina - are just next door). The apartment was clean and comfortable and had a balcony with a lovely view of the sea and the old city. Air conditioning worked great given it was the middle of the summer. Lots of toiletries and towels provided. Hosts Mia and Miho were very helpful and friendly and responded to any questions via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend staying here with family or solo traveller.
There are quite a few steps to access the property when coming up from the old city so not suitable if you have mobility issues. But otherwise it’s good exercise :) Note this is an apartment not a hotel so there’s no breakfast served or other services like a pool.

The location is unbelievably beautiful. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the hosts are lovely. Everything you need and more is there. All the sites are just a short walk away. The corner store has wonderful food and any supplies you need. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Amazing location . The balcony view had a truly beautiful panoramic view of the old town , surrounding sea and coast line . The flat was spacious with good facilities.
We spent four days without a change of bed linen or flat clean . The owner “a friendly guy” seemed to think this was except-able . Guests should be aware if they choose to enter the flat from the lower coastal sea walk entrance then be prepared for a Rocky style step climb . I am fit so no real problem! . There is a entrance that descends however the walk is less direct and scenic.

Host Mia is enthusiastic to help all the questions. The apartment is excellent for living. If need to cook by yourself, there is a well-equipped kitchenette. The best thing is the balcony with beautiful view of Dubrovnik old town and Lokrum island.

There wasn't a single thing I didn't like :) This place is perfect! The location is top, super close to the Old Town, and a small grocery shop is also nearby. Parking place is included. Amazing apartment for a couple! And the view... absolutely stunning!

We loved the location - near the Ploce gate (much less crowded vs. the Pile gate). Excellent communication with the hosts (brother and sister - Mia and Milo) Milo met us at the agreed time and helped carry our luggage to the apartment. The view from the balcony & window is spectacular, the apartment airy and updated, and the bathroom large (wonderful shower!). We requested a late check out and they were able to accommodate (no new guests arriving that day). I would highly recommend Villa Ragusa!!
We didn’t mind the steps and if you’re in moderate shape it’s no issue - the location and all the delicious food you’ll eat makes it worth it! But, if you have mobility issues this location may not be the best.

the location and the view to the Old Town were great. The apartment is newly renovated and spacious. The hosts were friendly, attentive and helpful :)
I can only think of something very minor - upgrading the cutlery and adding better knives.

Very well located, outside old town, so quiet to sleep and close enough for a short walk in the evening to old town. The view, the view, the view, from a fabulous balcony. Just beautiful
For this price I would appreciate a bit more amenities, like shower gel, instead of only soap block, coffee machine instead of instant coffee. A bottle of drinking water on arrival. But all this can not influence the pros of this great hosted apartment.

The view from the apartment was amazing, within walking distance of the Old Town, comfortable and spacious.I would highly recommend it.
