Fernando in the reception was very nice and upgraded our room to a suite. The breakfast was great. The view from the terrace was perfect. Very close to the hot spring.

The water was cold after 2-3 minutes. The location is on the mountain so you need to climb. The hotel is a little bit old and the pictures on booking do not show the hotel as it is.

This Hotel is located at the top of the Machu Picchu town, with very nice views towards the mountains. Around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel could have sent us an email before arriving, so that they could have been waiting for us at the train station, because we had to carry our luggage all the way up, and they could have provided for that service, but we did not know in advance.

Room needs renovation. The TV very very small. No mini fridge. Sink Faucet needs to be fixed .bathtub too high. Bathtub door very old. Hair dryer must be place next to mirror.

Bathtubs with jets are a stupid idea next to a bed. As my girlfriend was relaxing taking a bath I was doing work in bed on my laptop. She tried the jets with a full tub and they sprayed EVERYWHERE. On my laptop, bedspread, the mobile AC unit, floor, and chairs. The staff were resistant to help at first and only brought bits and pieces of the bedspread to replace the water soaked hell-scape. Asked for a bed sheet, got a sheet cover. Only two new pillow cases for 5 soaked pillows. And caught the staff in a lie about "checking that we got everything we needed" because that absolutely never happened or there was some kind of miscommunication. 0/10. A Motel 6 gives all the stress but with a severe fraction of the cost at the very least. Not worth the good view it had at all.

Amazing views and they left us a really cute note and custom setup for our honey moon! The bath and shower were both amazing! Room was clean, very spacious and the bed was sooo comfy! The service was great as well, top notch custom care! Pickup and bag dropoff at the train station and good fresh breakfast cooked at order time (not open lame diy buffet).

Water could have been a bit warmer and some of the breakfast maybe can come faster for travellers in a rush haha

The receptionist Sheri was absolutely phenomenal. She spoke very good English & went above and beyond for our stay. She recommended restaurants to eat at, sights to see & thing two fill out time with.

Being on the top floor, our wifi connection was very poor.

Very (very) helpful service and support. The reception team went out of their way to assist with travel arrangements and tours. Staying at this hotel was one of the friendliest and helpful experiences I have had in my time traveling. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel and relative to the area, this is definitely one of the best options in town! Maria at the front desk was always welcoming, spoke English, and was very knowledgeable. The gentleman who served us excellent breakfast and picked us up from the train station, was always so nice too. They both made sure we were comfortable. The location of the hotel is quiet, safe, in a little city square away from all the local commotion. Located on top of a hill, so the climb might be a little tough for some, keep in mind if you have any health limitations. The sound of the river was soothing. The large windows and the views of the mountain were stunning, each morning offering the freshest air. The room was spacious and had a quiet fan that helped tremendously with the humidity in the area. Everything was very clean and followed COVID safety protocols.
