Great location and helpful staff👍

location close to beach and park along bluff. breakfast provided. free parking.

AC broken in my sea view room. Significant time and energy (6 different people involved) to try to get resolved. while sometimes things happen, I was disappointed to be downgraded to a cave like room where I was eaten alive by mosquitos (the owner opened the balcony door widely! why? maybe to show i didn't need air?). they offered me money back to 'find' another room but by this time it was so late (and no assistance with options). I FINALLY got an apology over text days later after begging for one. as I shared with the property, it's less about what happened and more about how they managed it. it might have been a nice visit in the original room! the owner seems to make the decisions and it was clear my problem (no AC) was just an inconvenience to him.

Location is super. The staff is very friendly. There is a nice garden. Good quality WiFi. The breakfast was different every morning.

Very nice personal and location, close to the sea in a nice park. The room was enough for me and my partener and the pool was very clean and the water was warm, nice garden with places where you could relax with a lot of beautifull flowers The breakfast was enough for me, something to eat in the morning is very nice. They have a restaurant with a lot of cute animals that you can pet a little when you drink your morning coffee. The room was clean and cozy.

Everything. The coffee at breakfast is excellent. The staff are all super lovely. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely equipped. There was always hot water. The gardens are gorgeous,,the pool area is lovely,. There are birds with babies and bunnies with babies in the garden bat/restaurant to entertain kids of all ages. And swings and sandpits and other cool things to keep little ones occupied. There is a restaurant that serves great pizza from a real pizza oven and snacks and drinks are at kiosks and even vending machines. The sea views are gorgeous and many many more excellent restaurants and bars are within 20 mins walk. Beaches 5 mins away and as far as you wish to walk,more beaches.

The breakfast could be improved. It's adequate at best. The sea view I requested wasn't quite right, but the tree that obscured it was beautiful lolololol

The location is great and the staff is polite and helpful. It's also very picturesque with the beautiful garden.

Furniture can use some refreshing, and deep cleaning. Cleaning of the room during the stay would also be nice.

lovely place overlooking the sea with beautiful roses by our balcony. very nice furniture. the restaurant is lovely, too. a small piece of paradise. really quite and relaxing. the beach is 5 minutes walk away.

Nice location, close by the sea. Owner and his wife are very polite and always ready to help.

Apartment was clean, but it can definetly be improved.

The location, the apartament was great ( even if they can put some white veils) the garden is gorgeous. The amplasament is very close to the beach and the pool is small but enough and clean. The restaurant is very interesting decorated. I never saw something similar. Very good for Kids.

The breakfast could be a little improved. I think is a little less when is only croissant or toast. Another thing would be the furniture outside that could be cleaned daily because a lot of spider houses were on the chairs. These are only sugestions if the host wants to Take them into consideration. If the breakfast was more diverse I would have given 10.

Excellent location - within the parc of the town, near to Dolphinarium and Zoo. Near to the beach (5 minutes through the parc). Room was clean. No cleaning service during the stay. Polite, discrete personnel. Excellent internet connection. Pool in the location. Good breakfast (coffee/tea and a sandwiches/croissant). Good quality – price report.

Some probelems with draining water in the bathroom.

Small property in Primorski Park with pool. Good breakfast was served across the laneway.
