My partner and I came here for our honeymoon to relax and unwind. What we got far exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and so close to the beach that we were falling asleep to crashing waves each night. When we woke up all we had to do was message reception that we wanted breakfast and coffee and it would be up in and instant to eat on our balcony. The staff here are out are obviously passionate about customer service. They did everything to ensure that our stay was as good as it could be. For instance, we had rose pedals on our bed and a bottle of champagne on arrival. The staff were so helpful with giving us locations to go explore, like the grand cenote, chichen itza, and others. I had a very minor accident in the car and the receptionist called the insurance company and sorted it all out for me. Honestly, it was such a perfect place to relax.

Every element was a delight. The room was large, well appointed and well maintained. Location on the beach was perfect. Breakfasts were varied and tasty. Staff was attentive without being invasive.

The property is beautiful. Especially the gazebo facing the sea is magical. Cozy too since there are only 8 rooms, which are fairly large and well anointed. The included breakfast is hearty, healthy and of great quality. Oscar and Becky at the front desk were very competent.

For the price, the service levels could be a wee bit higher.

Everything about Encantada was wonderful. It was an incredible experience with an incredible staff.

The breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful - so accommodating. The service in general was on top of everything and always willing to please us. The front desk staff tried so hard to please us and make sure we had everything we needed. The location was wonderful too - in walking distance to great other beach clubs and restaurants. The property is on the beach too and just breath-taking.

Our shower was not warm all the time and it was okay - because it was hot - but sometimes not so comfortable. Also, I would suggest the hotel to put a mini-fridge in the room so that people can bring in water and keep it chilled.

The beachfront upper rooms are exceptional, staff are amazing, the food is fantastic

Awesome location direct at the beach. Sunrise view from the room. Super friendly and caring staff.

Due to the construction it is quite humid in the room despite running air conditioning. Water pressure is not that high and no hand shower. No mini bar/fridge in the room.

This small boutique hotel has beautiful spacious and comfortable rooms and excellent beach front location. Great beach lounge space, lovely breakfast and staff was amazing.

Everything was amazing! lovely beach, impeccable service, very nice and perfectly clean bungalows. And the breakfast was soo delicious. We stayed on the beach after checkout which was great. All the communication is very easy through WhatsApp.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. We stayed at two other places before this one and it was by far our favorite. Definitely recommend taking your spouse here. Quiet, friendly staff, amazing views, and beautiful rooms.
