No room at the hotel we booked, move us to another hotel, room not ready til almost 5 pm Rude staff food cold terrible I would never recommend this hotel

The location was great.. beautiful beaches. The resort was absolutely gorgeous! Enough restaurants to suit everyone's palate, the wait staff was outstanding! 2 Angels (literally their names) learned our whole families drink order and replenished frequently, Henry, Carlos and de Jesus were some favorites but they were all so nice! Leo, Israel, Chris and Reuben spent their days making our time at the pool fun with dj ing, games and activities and then took part in the phenomenal shows each night. we had the whole family with us and we all had a wonderful time! We went out on several excursions and saw some of the local attractions.. Cenotes is not to be missed! Highly recommend!

The check in took an hour and a half and the Rep was less than informative and the Wi-Fi is sketchy but, who's there to work?!?

The food was really good at Cafe Solaris although it was buffet the variety was excellent and the food service was great.

The restaurants booking was difficult through the app and although the places were empty we still had a slight hold up at the door. Also the food was not as delicious as the restaurant.

Swimming pool was good. The beach was nice.

According to booking.com's contract, all taxes are included in the hotel rate. However, i had to pay environmental conservation tax. Booking.com was against the contract. Booking.com must refund the taxes i had to pay. Otherwise, i will take actions for that.

The stuff at this resort are extremely nice and welcoming. 5 starts for the staff!!

The Wi-Fi is in rebid or bad. if not nonexistent!! they need to fix that, it’s a huge inconvenience. the resort is also outdated and certain areas are not clean, our bathroom shower glass had mold on it, the toilets nears the pool are in horrible shape, the pools do not seem to be well maintained and just overall it seems like the resort is not well kept.

I like that there were different amenities and activities within close walking distance of the rooms There was also a lot of variety in the meal, Meals at the buffet and Poolside lunch also very fresh food with lots of variety. Enjoyed the entertainment but felt like the nighttime options were limited. The early bar closer was also disappointing.

The staff's customer service was very poor they were not accommodating especially there are lacarte restaurants everything was in Spanish and when asked for help and assistance in booking reservations the staff at the reception desk we're not very helpful The managers of the restaurants we're very unaccommodating. We were a part of 31 and we tried booking in advance and still had no luck. When we finally got a booking for a 15th birthday we were seated in different areas of the restaurant And were told it was because they were overbooked however The restaurant had no otthere quest after we were seated and it was not full and we asked to have our family brought closer as the restirMt was have filled and they still refused. Very frustrating, and though other things were really good, this was very disappointing, especially for the celebrant. For that reason, we will not recommend this resort, and We will all be putting reviews on trip Advisor so people's expectations will not be raised only to be highly disappointed.

We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful place to take the whole family!! If you’re planning a trip to the Mayan Riviera, you gotta stay at the GR Solaris Cancun! Very clean, well-kept, modern, spacious rooms. Super-friendly and helpful staff. The food served at the main buffet is next level amazing, and the three different onsite restaurants which feature international cuisine offer plenty of options and ocean views. We loveddd the deli where we could get early morning specialty coffees and late-night sandwiches & snacks. Daily aerobics, zumba and yoga classes are available to all guests, and there’s a ton of activities to do for the whole family throughout the day. The nightly live entertainment is beyond fantastic, these shows are a definite must-see! There’s three outdoor pools to choose from, plus a swim-up bar, and a hot tub. The resort is also connected to a private beachfront, perfect place to relax and soak up some sun. Best of all, Playa Delfines, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, is just a few mins walk away. The kids had such a blast, so glad we chose to stay here!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love cancun Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly many of them remember my name. I quite liked the food. The beach is right there...I loved every minute of my 6 day stay. Entertainment at night was enjoyable. Swim up pool bar. Can't wait to go back. I felt like home there.

This is not the resorts fault But the weather was a bit windy for half our trip. Wifi in rooms can be a bit choppy but it works great in grounds and lobby. Book with rci or a freind with rci and you will pay substantially less. Beach view rooms are not available through websites...only through direct dealing with solaris or rci. I became a member after arriving...fel in love with the place right away.

The food was of very low quality both the buffets & the room service. You end up spending way too much time in elevators. Very bad toilette facilities in the pool area. Non-sense 20$ deposit for beach towels.

Not many restaurant and the quality is so so. the best restaurant said we have to make reservation one day before, but we only stay for one day. How can we reserve before the day we check in? Also, this should be notice when we book the hotel or when we check in, not until we want the dinner.
