Location was great and rooms were clean. Teresa was very nice and helpful.

Mattress would need to be changed because memory foam is too soft.

Amazing property, right by the castle and sea view, and right on the pedestrian area, but very quiet overnight. Amazing host who is very friendly and helpful. We were so very impressed with everything. Such a great experience! Would love to return to this same location again.

Our apartment at the Lamartino Quality Rooms was one of several at the B&B. We picked it for its excellent location between the old and new parts of Termoli. The manager met us and showed us around the room. From the room's small balcony, we could view the nearby castle in the old town and the entry gate to the old town. In the evening, we enjoyed watching all of the strollers going between the two parts of town. In morning, the manager left an Italian style breakfast for us at a pre-arranged time. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby along with an assortment of Italian type smacks.

As the shower is only partially enclosed, it took some attention to keep water off the bathroom floor, but it was easy to dry it with the floor towel.

If you come by car then parking in Termoli is a nightmare, it took us 30 minutes driving around to find a parking space. We were able to drop off the bags in a free for 20 minutes spot but we had to move to a paid spot and we eventually found one 10 minutes walk away
