El hotel tiene buena ubicación, camas cómodas y está en una zona tranquila. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. A destacar la excelente atención que hemos recibido por parte del personal.

Tout : l'emplacement en plein centre ville , à 10 mn à pied ( attention montée d'escaliers++) de la gare , la proximité de toutes sortes de restaurants , la décoration sobre et contemporaine de l'hôtel , la taille spacieuse des chambres, leur calme .
Le petit déjeuner est varié et très correct, il manque peut être des salades de légumes, des fruits secs et des graines .

Localización perfecta, habitación con mucho espacio, cama súper cómoda. El parking tiene una entrada complicada, pero luego es enorme.
Los Ibis son hoteles básicos, funcionales sin muchos lujos, pero en este caso por el precio quizás fue muy básico. El desayuno es en un sótano y tipo bufet con bandejas como si fuera el aeropuerto, donde recojes tus cosas después de comer. No hay bar, solo máquinas expendedoras.

The receptionist was helpful. We wanted to use the hotel car park and he gave very good instructions as to how to enter (it was not accessible from the front of the hotel). The breakfast was very good, the room was a good size and the hotel was in an excellent location. From the hotel we easily found the Tourist Information Centre where we took a map of the city and were given an excellent recommendation for some eating places. We found Poitiers to be an interesting place to visit and are likely to return for a long weekend.
There was no downsides as far as we were concerned regarding this hotel. It was very welcoming.

Very central to the city centre, clean and lovely staff.
Did not have own bar/ restaurant but they sold drinks and food at reception. Very good and you can order food to be delivered.

We didn’t feel safe opening our window onto the green floored verandah 308.
310 was short of natural light.
Nice to have a kettle on the ground floor but sorry there were no real cups.

Staff very nice, perfectly clean and comfy room
It said parking available, but I was told my car was too big so I had to use a nearby car park - which I had to pay for myself.

Have stayed here for a stopover a few times and it's always good. Nothing fancy but it's a decent, good value hotel.
Mattress covers are plastic, not very pleasant to sleep on. Beds are comfortable though.

The staff were very helpful. Pierre and Margot helped us solve a couple of practical problems, and got us restaurant reservations.
