We had a very enjoyable 12 day stay. This is a Balinese style, small budget hotel, with beautiful gardens and lovely pool. The rooms and bathrooms have been upgraded since our last visit. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Location is perfect.

Gardens were beautiful, lovely pool area, food in the restaurant was amazing and well priced. Hotel is in a great location near good restaurants and lots of shopping.

Location good, room we had booked was given to some one else which was disappointing but our room was ok. Breakfast lovely as were staff
The grinders, building working going on everyday from around 9, the noise and dust unbelievable, think 37 rooms and maximum dozen pool lounges

The location of this place is fantastic and walking distance to pretty much anything you could need. The hotel clientele is older so it's pretty quiet and relaxed around the place. The pool is great with steps and rail and there is also a kiddie pool. The bed is really comfortable and there is about 100 channels on the tv.
The towels are washed but they are stained and quite thin. It is 3 star so can see some tiredness inside. A shower screen in bathroom would also go a long way to containing the water although the shower is one of the best I've had in Bali. Block out curtains would also be nice. Saying all that I would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect close to restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had the pool view room which was a great size and steps away from the pool.

In the newly renovated rooms we need more rails to hang towels and clothes and a toilet paper dispenser

Dirty bathroom, poor shower and basin. Rubbish not collected. Rubbish in the gardens. Poor breakfast. Pool and poolside including furniture dirty. No pride in the place. Would not stay again.

The room had no safe, 1 very thin sheet and 1 thin blanket on the bed.
Only 1 pillow. The fridge didnt work very well.
The whole place needs a reno or demolish and start again.

Noise of renavations we were told they had been Finished!!!
But had to move rooms as was so bad couldn't rest i afternoon..
We were okay once moved. The only thing wrong with rooms is having to almost lie on the floor to plug in jug and make a cup of tea
And facilities for charging phones etc. Just Little things our second room had been referbished but only had one hook in bathrooms tno towel rail. Toilet cistern was loose! However we will be back very soon.

Loved the location. Chapter 2 and Sugar Rays right opposite. Staff were very friendly helpful and accommodating. Grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool area perfect for relaxing.

location is perfect, close to good restaurants. It’s a small traditional style hotel and the gardens are lovely
some of the rooms have been renovated but the property is still undergoing maintenance.
