I liked everything about the place even the staff were so helpful... everything was awesome

There's nothing I didn't like the whole vibe was incredibly nice

The house itself

LOVELY SPACIOUS APARTMENT AND OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT AND GREAT LOCATION.

The location was very good. The garden is beautiful.

We arranged to clock in at 14:00. We could not go in until 15:00 as they were still cleaning. The place was still a mess at 14:00. Their explanation was that they took 5 hours to clean after previous guests as they left late and the place was very messy. The blankets was smelling like urine and we had to wash it in the washing machine. The tumble dryer did not work and we could not dry the blankets. We had to go without blankets the first night. The place smelled like smoke. Their explanation was the previous guests was smoking oka pipes inside the rooms. I also did not realize the people next door would we using the same entrance and porch. I wanted no close contact with other people due to Covid 19 as we are all elderly people.

The open spaces, the white clean homeware and bedding. The Dstv availability, the garden, being so close to the beach.

It got very hot at night. Maybe add ceiling fans, if economically feasible.

Nothing

Treatment is worse than a cheap motel. Dont consider black people it the treatment won't be the same when we pay the same money.
