Big space in a very cool old building. I loved having the kitchen in the room.

The shower was very tight for a small person. Soup and shampoo could have been better.

We were treated very nicely by our host unfortunately i have forgotten his name. Shown to our apartment which was spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was furnished and equipped very well. We took advantage of the parking space which was available at the time, which was fully secure. A great location to explore Arles. Our host gave us details of locally recommended restaurants and places to visit. and we had a lovely time.

This property is very conveniently located in central Arles in an atmospheric old building. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, especially with facilitating parking in very congested circumstances. The apartment is very good value and although not luxurious it provides essential facilities for an extended stay in this wonderful old town.

This apartment is a renovated unit in a beautiful historic building, close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and museums. The host Philippe was very helpful in all ways prior to and during our trip. Laundry facilities are available upon request with 24-hours notice. We appreciated the starter coffee and madeleines. It is also nice feature that the unit can be entered on two floors, so that our son, who stayed downstairs, could access the upstairs bathroom without having to enter his parents' bedroom. There is also a TON of storage in the upstairs bedroom and interesting art in the unit.

This is an observation, not a complaint: it's an historic building. There is no elevator so anyone who rents this has to be able to climb a couple of flights of stairs with luggage. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

I absolutely loved the place! My apartment was in a separate building, facing a very calm pedestrian street, really calm! I had a wonderful stay there. The team of the hotel just did the wonders to accommodate my early check in, and I really appreciated it. It was very hot in Arles, so being able to check in immediately to a well air conditioned apartment was essential. The location is absolutely perfect, everything is very close.the apartment obviously was recently renovated and it has all the facilities. I will definitely try to return! Fully recommend!

an oven would be handy, but easy access to loads of restaurants

Location in Arles centre, parking 10 min walk away an optional extra but secure and gated. We were met by the owner who was friendly and informative. The room was bright clean and had essentials tea coffee. Local supermarkets were just outside apartment as were many local eateries. We were given a comprehensive list of restaurants to try of which we tried three out of our 4 day trip all excellent. Recommendations for excursions both in and out of Arles were very good and supplied with map

It’s an exceptional place loved every bit of the experience. Could not have asked for a better stay in Arles. So Central and so French. The terrace apt is a dream to stay in.

Quiet enough for a place right on the street at ground level. Comfy bed. Good A/C. Very clean. Good Location.

No flexibility for checking in a bit earlier nor possibility to leave luggage at the property (apartment building). Our studio was not he one we had selected and did not have a patio. TV does not have international channels.

all great, room with terrace has quite some stairs to manage, so be aware of that; parking can be booked thru residence
