Location. Large rooms. Friendly staff

Thought had booked a mountain view room, I did not, my error. Requested on arrival if could have one if available, one available but being charged additional fee to have(even though same price on line). not staff on sites fault.

Although the owner's knew there is no water 💦💧 in the facilities they did not warned us about this situation. I claimed compensation and wrote to Hotel Management but got not immediately response, only on the next day I got 10% discount for not having running water for shower

Good location, just behind the rail station.

It was a bit loud and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest but it's a good value for money and one night stay.

Our room was clean and in a good location. It was very inexpensive.

There was a very bad smell of sewer gas in our room and the bathroom was dingy, smelly and in poor repair. The staff did make some effort to alleviate the smell but it still persisted.

Comfortable matress. A bit further away from the town center, which to me was a positive point as it was not so crowded.

Not a good cost-benefit for Peru. We chose the room with a view, but the view is the train tracks, so a lot of noise of trains most of the day, even with the double glass doors. Bathroom is ridiculously small and the window was to the hotel corridor and it was broken, so we could hear everybody going by. Furniture needs renovation, as it was old and rusted. Breakfast is not the buffet style, they would bring the items to your table and there is not a lot of variety and still took a long time because there was only one person to attend everybody who was having breakfast...

We were happy to leave. We were very disappointed :(

Where to start... I believe this hotel was nice at some point in time. The guy at the reception is very friendly. However, nowadays the hotel is very old and has no maintenance. Let me explain... 1. The sheets of our bed had some spots of dirt here and there. 2. There was a lot of corrosion in the bathroom as shown in the pictures. 3. The curtains of our room had mold. 4. The reception was very messy, the floor was dirty, and the walls were not in good condition. All these details do not give a good first impression. 5. We could not have breakfast in our hotel since the kitchen was broken. Therefore, we had to walk a couple of streets to get to another hotel. The pictures of the dining room (and also of the rooms) in Booking are definitely not accurate. The hotel is very noisy all day long. I understand that due to its location (in front of the train station), you can hear the trains.However, besides this unavoidable noise, the lady cleaning the rooms likes to hear very loud music with her phone. She is not alone at home and it is not respectful. Breakfast is very basic and the lady serving it is not very interested to see or ask if something is missing. Overall, this place is too expensive for what you really get in return. I regret not reading the reviews on google before booking it.

tv once turn on you can’t even adjust volume, shower fell on us as soon as we start, internet was not working first day of our stay, they charge us more for stay. they says if you pay with credit card 5% more so pay with cash. breakfast if you ask for more juice they charge you. room was so hot and with lots of mosquitoes also there is no AC or-no fan. worst hotel I ever stayed in. very disappointed with booking.com

Even checking-in very late there were no towels whenwe arrived. Missing glass on bathroom windown. Lack of water in the bathroom

Our linen was dirty with hair and the pillows smelled. The bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor and was clogged. Sewage drainage was not good so the bathroom smelled like someone took a dump in the there every time we walked in. Staff told us they would pick us up at train station but never did. Hotel is a 7 minute walk from train station due to one way traffic only at station. Room was cheap but would rather pay more next time for something better.

Twin room was basic with very little space. Biggest drawback was lack of wifi - none in the room and erratic even in reception area. Noisy street early in morning. This hotel is ok for one night if you need to catch the train but not longer

couldn’t sleep because of noise, towel was with a hole and spots, and the name boutique is not certain. The view of the river was really a view of A construction.

Breakfast was absolute rubbish!! The girl serving breakfast was totally not interested and quite rude. The coffee was cold and she dumped the food on the table. All she was interested in was her mobile phone and playing her music. The hotel is in desperate need of some maintenance and upgrade. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice hostel in Aguas Calientes, with wifi and comfortable beds. Even though we missed our breakfast because going to MP really early, the host prepared us lunch boxes instead.

Awesome service! They pick us up from a restaurant to guide us to the hotel. You’ll get all the amenities you need, and a nice breakfast for an affordable price.
