Perfect apartment for a couple, the kitchen is great to make breakfast from the courtesy basket, The staff was professional and arranged a taxi drop off in the airport.
The location is a cross from a food store, and near to great restaurants and coffee shops
Bead what's comfortable the bathroom have great pressure and nice hot water.

When we were standing outside the hotel on the platform a staff loudly accused us “HAVE YOU BEEN SMOKING IN THE ROOM” and we said “We are not smokers”. He did not apologise and just went back inside.
The breakfast consisting of a banana, boiled egg, 2 slices of bread with a sachet of jam and butter along with a tetra pack of juice is packed & kept in the room. The qty is not enough. We are vegetarians and requested to replace the boiled egg with a banana & the responses was a loud “NO”.
We were 8 of us in 4 rooms for a few nights. We all experienced rude staff and when we discussed among ourselves we came to know that all had issues with the staff. We came to the conclusion that they were racists. Hence Indians as us & other brown skin paying customers are not welcome here. KEEP AWAY.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Very nice kitchen and very well equipped. The AC was perfect. The Wi-Fi was good. The staff were particularly helpful.
The property is located in an area frequented by some drug types. I didn’t have any problems but you just had to be aware. The staff were very good at letting me know to be careful.
The Breakfast supplied to the room each day was a little limited but there is a supermarket literally across the street.
My big issue with the reservation is that I am still awaiting the return of my 100 Dollar deposit. I sent two emails at this stage and I have been advised that it will be returned. This issue would stop me from reserving this property in the future.

Adorable space in a great area, right in between Bellavista district and the Bellas Artes district with tons of options for food and drinks nearby. Comfortable room, quiet, clean, with good wifi. Small kitchenettes in the room, which is where you cook the breakfast (provided) and other meals if you wish.

Close to restaurants, bars, museums. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfy. all utensils available for kitchen, mini market right across the street. Room was silent even being on the road side. Good Soundproofing.
Hotel had some issues with the internet service during our stay. The drain in the shower and in the sink both kept getting clogged. Frying pan available was not anti adherent, so even after making scrambled eggs, it was difficult to clean it afterwards. All minor things. we had a very good stay.

beautiful room, lovely building, green outlook and well located. great value for money and the simple breakfast was a nice touch.
nothing major but the airconditioner makes a loud buzz every few minutes, which if you are light sleeper, can be frustrating. otherwise loved this place!

The water pressure came in waves of 5 seconds. Starting with too cold and ending with too hot. almost impossible to take a shower.
Also there was constant drilling sound.

A very comfortable bed and the fact that it had a complete kitchen.
First of all , they give you the stuff so you can cook your breakfast (which is very simple by the way).
Then, I’m pretty small, so it was very difficult to take a shower as I wasn’t able to take the shower off the wall as it was too high (I’m 1.54meters tall). And finally, I decided to take a facility with balcony because we wanted to smoke outside… but you cannot smoke in there neither, you have to go downstairs to smoke.

The room was clean and comfortable. That bed and pillows were exactly what I needed! The market was right across the street and Bellavista was right around the corner of the hotel.
