1. AC needs maintenance 2. Rooms are not super clean as i noticed dust on the side tables and Lints under the comforters. 3. The towels already need to be replaced beacuse they're no longer white and have frayed edges.

It was our first time staying in Boracay, and we will definitely return back to this hotel. The staff is just amazing and doing a great job. The location is central and accessible. Breakfast was tasty.

The rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear the noise from the other rooms. Some room facilities need to be updated. Additional storage in the bathroom and the room would help.

The staff customer service was exceptional. They also organised transport from airport to the hotel which made our travel easy. The complimentary ice tea upon arrival was lovely! They always greeted you with a smile wherever you go. Breakfast was delicious (wish it wasn’t a pre-order because you don’t really know what you want the rest of your stay). The restaurant also has the best ribs we’ve had on Boracay! It was 10 minute walking distance from white beach and D’mall which was great.

I originally booked a queen suite but on the first night we were placed in a twin room with a double and single bed. We arrived at late night and my phone was out of battery so I wasn’t able to check then but the next morning I advised one of the staff that we were placed in the wrong room, she tried to say that if we change rooms it will be a “downgrade”. But I wanted the room I booked and paid for which they eventually transferred us to. The queen suite was much better than what they placed us in. The room had a queen size bed not a double which made our first night uncomfortable to sleep in. So technically, having the twin room on the first night was a downgrade to the queen suite. The room is advertised “soundproofing” which I think is false advertisement. We can hear people walking up and down the hall way. The roosters at 4am and followed by construction work nearby. The tiles in the bathroom was squishy - every time we step on them water would come up from the cracks. Pool towels - you have to pay for which is fair enough but they had some weird stains on them. On the last day, we organised transport to the airport with one of the staff. Cebu Pacific changed our flight time which I notified another staff immediately for a 10am check out and 10am transport pick up. But we received a phone call at 6:45am telling us that the driver is here for pick up. This was such an inconvenience because we were already disturbed by the staff doing who knows what at 5am. But staff was very apologetic for the mistakes and ensured to rectify asap.

humidity smell in the room wifi is soso isolation could be improved for noise for beakfast you just order one plate in the menu so not a buffet with lot of choice they charged for a towel to bring in the beach and even for a small razor I asked
