We checked in late on Feb 1st. The desk clerk was extremely professional, helpful, but cheerful. Started our stay off right. The same lady was present upon leaving and was equally engaging without being "too much". 2 other staffs members were equally "positive".

Nice restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Convenient shuttle running every 20 minutes to the airport starting very early.

Clean, modern, well furnished and designed. Located next to highway pickup and easy access to other destinations. Staff was great—friendly, good energy, and very helpful.

Indoor pool was nice except it was hot in pool area. A little more circulation would have been better.

Friendly staff and clean facility. There is no reason to leave the hotel. Great breakfast and dinner menu. Large lounge area. Will stay again on my next trip.

Convenient. Not very inviting at desk.
For $170+ there was no cold water or coffee available in lobby. No one at food service either.
For $100 there are other hotels who provide a beverage bar in lobby and hot breakfast
We will not be returning business in the future.

There was a ticking sound every 15-20 seconds in the wall when someone above us used water… Will never stay here again. Expensive, no breakfast, uncomfortable, loud. Everything you don’t want from a hotel experience.
