uncomfortable pillows and bad wifi

Was not verbally told about having to ask to have room cleaned and new towels. There was a sign referring to that procedure at the front desk but was not drawn to my attention when I checked in. Saw sign when we checked out.

For as much we spent, I was very disappointed. The shower facet was about to come off. Drawers were missing handles. TV kept turning off on its own. did not have hot water all one day. Not impressed.

It was nice, and clean.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be. The restaurant had no provisions for anyone waiting for a table except to stand at the hostess stand. The hallway was noisy with no effort made by the staff to make it quiet.

The property was very nice and the rooms were amazing

The staff wasn't that friendly. Use to being greeted with a smile, but nothing.... stone face, no personality. None of the employees said hi or how are you doing. The art of Customer Service is lost

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. I moved from another hotel to Hilton and it exceeded my expectations for cleanliness. I loved the location being close to stores and plenty of meal options.

The washing machine was broken. It was a huge inconvenience to find a laundry mat to be able to wash uniforms that were needed. She specified that the washing machine was broken, but we also could not use the dryer. It created extra work for us during our stay. We also went down to breakfast and it was really disappointing. We got there with 30 minutes left and they did not restock any food.
