I had one issue that was efficiently handled with care and understanding by the manager, Jessica. I very much appreciated it!

My bed was comfortable, and air conditioner kept it nice and cool. Convenient location for a visit to Gardner.

The pool was under renovation and closed.

Was able to get a room on short notice that was close to our destination, had 2 queen bed was able to check -in early which was a plus since there was a storm that was hitting. They were also pet friendly

Did not appreciate when they did shift change and evening shift girl came on her and her boyfriend sit in the lobby doing in appropriate things to each other in front of guests. When I let morning staff know he stated he would tell his manager but nothing would be done because it was her daughter.

I loved that the heat/air conditioning were controlled by an on wall thermostat, that worked. All lights worked as designed. There were ample electrical outlets available.

Everything was great, if I were designing a perfect room for today's guests I would add usb outlets on the light bases for charging devices.

Quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. Adequate parking.

Wasn't told ahead of time that my room was upstairs and no elevator. I have arthritis and use a cane. Hope I remember next time that I desire a handicapped accessible room.

Breakfast choices were fine for a free hotel breakfast.

Clean spacious rooms. Big breakfast. Good location. Friendly staff.

made reservations for a king size bed, it was even on our receipt, and they gave us a room with 2 queens. showed the clerk and she did nothing about it. VERY DISAPPOINTED

No heat first room no tv second room no exhaust vent third room. No breakfast to speak of.

The quality has slid downhill since our last stay. We have always stayed here when traveling south…no more.

It has been several years since we stayed at this location due to cleanliness and the rooms needing attention. The rooms we stayed in over the last 2 weeks were all clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked as it should. I wore my ring to bed one night and didn’t notice it was gone until I got to work. The young lady at the front desk graciously offered to go look for it when I called and she found it. II am super grateful that she went to look for my ring at this location.

heater wasn’t working properly. staff wasn’t friendly nothing was mentioned about a breakfast, but apparently there was one

Bathroom outlet didn't work

Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. Traveling as a woman with a child, I felt very safe and secure there.

Not much of anything.

Gum on the bedding. No table or chairs. Would not expect cash payment, there was something nasty on the remote.
