Old facility, very run down need renovation. No waiting area. Uncomfortable bed.

Very good location. Value for money.

They need more reception staff. It's a big hotel and could be very busy at certain times. Apart from that it's been a pleasant stay.

The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff where the buffet breakfast is friendly and attentive. The room size is good.

No air-conditioning in the lift and corridors, it's very hot. No bidet in the toilet. The showers not working properly. The shower head needs replacement. I have requested many times to fix the shower head and no one came. Many of the staff do not understand English. Some of the linens and towels are worn out/old. The gym and pool can be used by the guests but they charge the hotel guests for the use of the sauna. We are also forced to give a deposit even though it was not mentioned at the time of booking. The pictures you see I uploaded are from the first day when I first entered the room. You can see the standard how they fix the bed and the linen even has a hole.

Very old hotel , small swimming pool , no other facilities , best thing is car park big and no need to pay. Wifi slow in room. Need to renovate
