Superbement situé pour visiter Londres. Quartier calme où il facile de dîner à pieds. Je recommande cet magnifique hôtel chalereusement, le personnel y est chalereux et aux petits soins pour leurs clients! Leur rooftop pour prendre un verre avec vue sur Londres était super! Nous avons apprécié les conseils sur les moyens de transports et l' aide pour réserver les restaurants. La chambre était magnifique, très propre et confortable et bien insonorisée. Le petit déjeuner ( continental) était formidable: servi toujours avec le sourire dans un cadre somptueux ! Nous reviendrons!

Room did not have facilities booked. Apparently we were upgraded to a better room but it did not feel like that. It was nice but getting a balcony instead of a bath in the dark and pouring rain didn’t feel helpful. The room was nice but tv was tiny and miles from bed, bench which was provided instead of a sofa, mirror was cracked. There was a minibar but no tea or coffee. I’d booked this as a five star birthday treat and whilst it was nice was ultimately disappointing for the money.

Charming interior in an excellent location in Chelsea Kensington. Quiet street, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast.

Nothing. My friend and I loved our stay!

The Staff were amazing, I felt like at home and the staff were like members of the family. The rooms are quite big for hotels in London, beautifully decorated, very clean with beautiful scent in the rooms . Simply it is a luxurious home away from home.

The Internet was weak at some point but it was because there were some work and upgrading to the system as I was told.

We were in Room 301 and above us was the roof terrace where all residents could access at any time of the day and night to make tea & coffee. We were kept awake for most of the night by other guests accessing the roof terrace.

Location convenient and quiet. Room clean, large and bed very comfortable and blinds made room nice and dark . Friendly staff.

Room needs some TLC with decor and maintenance. Bath would only fill from shower. Reading difficult due to lighting. No tea or coffee facilities in room and breakfast uninspiring.

We got upgraded to one of their suites and it was FABULOUS! also the staff is lovely and helped make our stay amazing
