Het enige voordeel was de centrale ligging en korte afstand naar Waterloo Station.

De kamer viel ontzettend er tegen. Er werd niet schoongemaakt. Ook de handdoeken werden niet vervangen. Veel overlast van piepende geluiden van metro’s en treinen. Het was ontzettend luidruchtig en het leek wel alsof de treinen door je kamer rijden. De hele container schud mee met wat er voorbij komt. De temperatuur in de container was ijskoud. De airco was kapot en moest de eerste dag gemaakt worden, maar hier hebben we de rest van het verblijf niets van gemerkt. Het zaagsel en de rotzooi werd niet opgeruimd door monteurs. Daarnaast was de handdouche kapot. De stralen staan alle kanten op waardoor de badkamer zeiknat is als je deze handdouche gebruikt. Al met al zal ik niemand deze kamer aanraden.

The location is perfect! The kitchen it just right for a single or double occupancy. The bed is so comfy, and the wardrobe was just the right size for myself and my partner for a few days. Even though it is not manned, the staff were friendly over the phone/messages if we ended up needing anything. Overall, I would highly recommend StowAway as a great spot for those wanting easy access to the city, affordable prices, and for a comfy, cosy spot to come back to after a busy day.

Our front door didn't close fully, so we were unable to lock it at night. But the inner door did lock so we didn't find it too much of a problem. There is no luggage storage. However, there are plenty of luggage drop off point near by

Me gustó la ubicación y la comodidad de la cama. Hemos tenido tantos incidentes que no puedo destacar nada más.

La primera noche, la calefacción estaba rota y hacía frío. No nos pudieron llevar ni una manta ni un calefactor extra para poder pasar la noche. El segundo día, tuvimos que ser nosotros que solucionáramos el problema, el staff no nos proporcionó ninguna alternativa. Ya por la noche, sonó la alarma de incendios a las 4:45. El trato fue educado y correcto pero nada práctico para resolver los problemas.

Nothing the room was clean but the bed was dirty

When I pulled back the bed sheets the pillow was dented and the bed was very creased please see the pictures and also this is the response from the management Hi management have already been in contact and responded to your previous claim of which we do acknowledge your issue but as stated by my colleague your claim is not accepted. Our housekeeping team takes great pride in their work and are extremely efficient at their job so unfortunately this will not be taken any further by management. The location is very good within a 5 minute walk distance from Waterloo station. The bed is big and comfortable.

Our A/C was not working during our stay, we were told that the maintenance was working on it but they didn't get it fixed during our stay. We were given an electronic heater instead. The shower door didn't seal and the bathroom floor was flooded after every shower. We were woken up by the fire alarm at 4:00 a.m and had to wait 1 hour outside of the hotel for the fire department to arrive and inform us that was due to a faulty equipment. Our room door passcode changed twice during our stay without prior notification, as a result we had to wait outside the room for over 30 minutes each time so they can give us the new passcode from the phone. There was no cleaning service during the stay.

Vi hadde ikke tilgang på varmtvann i springen under hele oppholdet. Da vi ankom var leiligheten satt til 13 grader og vi fikk heller ikke skrudd opp varmen, det var en varmeovn i leiligheten vi måtte benytte oss av hver dag hele tiden. Vært ubehagelig å fryse når man kommer inn døra... Rengjøringen var ikke særlig bra og det var tydelig at det ikke var gjort grundig. Vi bodde her i 4 dager og fikk verken nye håndklær eller noe form for roomservice i løpet av oppholdet... Mye bråk fra utsiden.

Location was perfect and was far roomier than some places. Clean and modern. People mention the trains - you are right beside Waterloo, so what would you expect? Heard trains but wasn't disruptive. Love that it had a fridge and microwave plus tea coffee etc and a dishwasher. Would really recommend.

It is completely electronic. No staff which might be an issue if anything went wrong. But our trip was fine.

Jedino je lokacija dobra strana ovog objekta.

Čistoća upitna, hladne sobe (mala grijalica ne može ugrijati prostor dovoljno), nema kućnih papuča, a jako je hladan pod, plijesni ima na više mjesta. Nedostatak je i što nismo imali fizički kontakt s domaćinom, nismo bili ni prijavljeni jer nas nisu tražili dokumente u nijednom trenutku.

Small but well appointed studios in great location.

Entrance to studios around the back is quite dark, and no windows open which is a shame but also understandable considering location/sound from railway.

Great location, a couple of minutes walk from Waterloo station. Everything we needed in one location and the bed was very comfortable.

It was quite noisy, probably not good for a light sleeper. On the whole, the property was clean, but there were quite a few fingers marks and the bottom of my socks were filthy which suggests the floor needs a good scrub. Although we got into the property fine, I had a series of ‘check in’ emails prior to staying where the link didn’t work. This was very frustrating and needs looking into

Perfect location. Only few minutes walking to main attractions. Very cosy, clean and fully equipped apartment.

Really great location if you want immediate access to tons of restaurant and bars, as well as the Waterloo Station for Trains and Underground which is a 2min walk away. This is the perfect location if you want to explore the bar scene of Waterloo ! Big Ben was also literally a 10min walk away. Room itself is spacious enough with good kitchen equipment/utensils to warm up, and store food. There is even a dishwasher which is handy. Bathroom had everything you need and a good shower. The bed is incredibly comfortable !

Be warned, the window (which does not open) is not very sound proof and you can hear the pub-dwellers downstairs right through until the pubs close in the early hours of the morning . Ear plugs suggested if you are a light sleeper. The TV has a very basic selection of channels, and does not include any sports channels or even Sky News, so having Netflix or a streaming service on your laptop is highly suggested. Not a deal breaker but if you are planning on watching TV, it could be an issue. The location of the TV also means you can only really watch it by lying down or sitting on the bed. There is no on-site maintenance teams, or reception, so while you can get held of someone quite quickly via email or messaging service, you do have to wait for someone to come from off-site to provide assistance if something breaks or doesn't work - in this case, issues with the power sockets/tv and had to wait 2 days for someone to come out as it was a weekend and nobody could assist.

It was close to the train station, and tons of restraints and bars.

I read the previous reviews and knew it’d be noisy. As I planned to stay for a few nights only, I deliberately chose location over quietness. The reality is that it’s extremely noisy and one can only sleep when no trains are scheduled (seemed like 0:30-5:30), occasional noises from the street would wake you up too. The facility seems to have constructed no soundproof system at all. One should manage their expectations booking this hotel.

The size of the room was great. Felt safe- the apartments are located through a restaurant/bar which meant there were several doors to navigate which made me feel secure. Apartment was clean and had the amenities I needed ( I didn't use the kitchen though) location central

Being right next to the train station means it can be quite load.

Facilities are sufficient. Bed comfortable. Location is convenient.

The check-in process is disastrous. Check-in message sent to booking.com did not contain the relevant link. As an unmanned property, the check-in information arrived too late. The only digital keypad lock made me feel unsafe. It would be better to install a lock at the inner door and have the key(card) inside the room. The safe is not working. The microwave is located a bit high, where any liquid on a plate is easily spilled out when you cannot actually look at the plate.

Location for going out in London was good and nice bars, places to eat, on the same street. Very close to station so train noise was constant but no bother at night.

A few annoying things, door to enter building was stuck and hard to open, one of the drawers fell off and some plug sockets didn’t work! Didn’t affect stay but just be nice if we hadn’t had to report them.

Well designed , modern and cosy accommodation in a convenient location in a vibrant and central area. Comfortable bed. Great shower.

A small issue with broken hinges of the cupboard door for bin area - so access to bin was difficult.

I stay regularly at Stowaway. The room is comfortable with good facilities.

Ideally. D like the hot plate returning to the room so cooking is more flexible than reverting to the microwave. Small thing though. Stow at need to fix their emails as the links for check in and check out haven’t worked for months. Which is frustrating trying to get the door codes.

The location is really convenient. The rooms are very comfortable. It feels very safe. Will stay here again if i visited london again.

I really don’t want to give this property good ratings, not because it isn’t good. It’s great but because I fear the staff will double the price. I love it. It’s. Perfect hideout after a night out in London

Nothing, it’s fun, it’s just a good hideaway

Good location, with lots of food and drink options in the area. Online check in was very straightforward with ease of just codes for the doors. Room had all we needed and useful to have option of food prep although we didn't use.

The bed was a bit awkward as it is the full width of the room so you have to climb in from the bottom, this also meant the sheet kept getting untucked. Not really a room to spend time in, as no comfy seating, but wasn't an issue as we really just used it to sleep. The automatic light in the bathroom was a bit annoying in the night.
