L'une des navettes des compagnies aériennes s'arrêtent sur l'avenue principale pas loin de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner buffet sucré et salé très complet. Une fontaine à eau pour remplir sa gourde. Chambre et salle de bain propre. L'hôtel est bien situé, on peut se balader à pied sur les principaux lieux de la ville.

La salle de sport et le spa non disponibles pour travaux. D'ailleurs il y avait des travaux dans tout l'hôtel pendant mon séjour donc du bruit assez fréquemment et pas mal de choses dans les couloirs, difficile de circuler. Un petit stand de l'hôtel proposait des tours mais les prix sont vraiment élevés.

We arrived tired and late because our flight was delayed for more than 2h. We had the pick up arranged with the hotel and when we arrived the driver was kind of “mad/tired” because of the situation. Once we arrived to the hotel super exhausted they gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned and ready for a new customer. Not recommend.

Absolutely everything! All the staff are extremely nice, good location close to bars/restaurants. Richie booked our Ha Giang Loop & Ha Long Bay Cruise and we ended up extending our nights stay which was no problem! Brilliant place to stay. We also left our bags there while we done the loop.

Staff are so helpfull and friendly. Location is nearby everything. Worth for money. Recommended!!! Eventhough there are minor thing that are cons, I still satisfied.

There is a jacuzzi in the room but it doesn' work well. Room is smaller than we expected (they said the room size is 45 sq.m. but it seems to be less than 45 sq.m.)

The staff is great, friendly and very helpful! the room is a little bit getting on in years but OK! The location is top hihi we had great 4 days :)

Location was awesome, close to everything. The road the hotel is on is very busy, so was a bit daunting crossing the road to get to the hotel the first time. Breakfast was varied each day, although the choices were limited and the sunny side up eggs could have been better. Rooms were fantastic, very comfortable and clean. Staff were probably the best thing about this hotel, they were so helpful, with Mr Richie being amazing...

The only thing I didn't like were the breakfast options. Just not a huge choice, and some menu items weren't to our tastes.

Very nice organised tour to Ninh Binh. Good breakfast (buffet). Comfortable bed.

The staffs are kind but not too professional and well trained.

Exceptional in this location is the staff! We also celebrated Xmas together. And in general the connection was great!

The facilities had aged here and there. Nothing to worry about, only if one want to look for improvement points.

Friendly staff, convenient location

Room smells like old wet laundry, and the 9th floor was probably undergoing construction, so the hall was quite messy with all sanitary supplies. The smell was temporarily resolved when I brought up the issue with the staff, but it was back again the day after.
