Great stay for skiing Loon

If you are looking for a well kept condo with plenty of room, near Loon and Lincoln, look no further. We stayed here the weekend of Oct 7th and 8th for a family weekend getaway. The location was perfect in that it was very close to the main entrance to Loon but just far enough away from the normal traffic of Lincoln. There are 3 bedrooms plus a pull out couch in the loft area so you could definitely sleep more than the 4 we had on our trip. The beds were all very comfortable and had clean linens and blankets on our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you want to make meals. I found the condo to be very well maintained and was obviously cleaned professionally prior to our stay. The pictures are very current and provide an excellent reference to what you can expect. The owner Sam was very good to work with and proactive with his communications. My family and I all had a very positive stay and recommend this condo to everyone.

We truly loved staying at Sam's condo. It's a beautiful place with plenty of room for multiple families. The kitchen is modern, the beds are comfortable, the decor is beautiful. My kids immediately found the games in the loft area and we spent a lot of time playing Life and Jenga. The location is convenient to Loon as well as hiking in the Kancamagus Pass. We'd be happy to return!

This condo was absolutely lovely for our family of four plus my in laws. Great location to so many things to do between Lincoln and Woodstock. Clean, quiet and well stocked, we would most definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

My family of 6 had a great stay at this property, exploring the outdoor activities nearby. We chose this place for the location and the layout of rooms which very nicely accommodated 4 children ages 2 to 14! Sam was very responsive when something came up! Will stay again if we head back to the Lincoln area!

Property is in a great location to restaurants and attractions. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Easy check in and check out. Had a great weekend with family. We enjoy hiking and it was a pleasure to come back to a well-kept condo after a long day of walking. Fantastic water pressure in the showers! We'll be back, I highly recommend!

Ski trip with the family - felt like a home away from home.

The owner was very nice. Always available to answer questions and very accomodating. We enjoyed our stay with the family. Skiing was great and shuttle was convenient.

This place is someone’s vacation home and they love it. Now they make it open to us when they aren’t there. And it’s a great place. This is what VRBO is meant to be!!! Place is really nice. Has all the amenities you need. One little perk is they leave condiments. We left some behind so when you realize you need mustard it may be there. And the owner responded to my questions and was super helpful. Thanks!!!

Hello this property was spot on and an excellant location. Located right near loon mountain and on the kangamangus. Sam was a great host and was very promt answering any questions i had. We were a larger group of 10 and we fit perfectly. Towels and linens were provided. We would stay here again for sure!!

The condo was great in every way. There was nothing we needed that wasn't already there. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Sam was great and easy to communicate with. He said we would love the condo. He was right!

Great place! The condo fit our two families comfortably; we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and the kids enjoys the board games!

Great location and good property, unfortunately the condo wasn’t cleaned from the previous people who stayed which was very unfortunate and a misunderstanding between the property owner and cleaning company BUT Sam did do a great job communicating with us and giving us options. If Sam wasn’t communicating with us this would have been a very different outcome. He gave us plenty of options and had someone bring us clean towels and linen. Other than that the condo is in good condition and as described in VRBO. Great family place to stay, plenty to do and a handful of games for all ages. Plenty of beds, 2 bathrooms, windows for the nice mountain breeze and fans to use as well. I would recommend this condo to other families as the issue we ran into,sincerely sounds like it was not usual and a misunderstanding. Plenty to do in the area an quiet.

Every summer my family and I stay around Lincoln, NH. One of our favorite vacation spots! This year I made a reservation for a condo in Lincoln, NH which I was unfamiliar with. Right from the beginning the owner put me at ease. He was friendly and very easy to work with. The condo was beautifully appointed and more spacious than the pictures implied. We were all very happy with our experience there! I would definitely rent this condo again!!

I’ve been coming to the Lincoln area to ski Loon Mt. for 5 years and Sam’s rental was by far my favorite. Clean, very clean and updated. He was awesome to deal with and unit had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be booking next year! Thanks again Sam!

My two adult kids and I stayed for a short ski vaca at Loon mountain. The condo was spotless and contemporary. We cooked all our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. It was super helpful that there were spices and condiments galore. The bedrooms were super cozy. The unit is close to the ski resort and close to town. The owner was super responsive, kind and answered any questions quickly. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The experience of renting this condo was excellent from start to finish. The location was great, being right near the center of town but yet tucked away in a quiet development. Sam was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful with check in notifications and tips about the condo. The unit was meticulously clean and well supplied. We had a wonderful getaway!

We stayed for three nights. Myself, son, and sister to do a day hike, and site see. We enjoyed our stay, had everything you need and more. The condo is stocked with all kinds of cooking tools,.. plenty. The beds are very comfortable, along with linen, and bedding. The condo is located in a quiet area very close to Loon Mountain. Perfect location ..only five minutes down the road to restaurants, Rte 93 gas stations, shopping. We had very good communications with the owner, before our stay.. Would highly recommend. Way better than staying in a hotel room

Great home in a great location.

This was a great rental! A true home away from home. I’ve been going to the White Mountains for 10 plus years now and this was definitely one of my overall favorites! Nice bedroom upstairs with a huge California King bed, and the kitchen was well stocked! I had a few questions during my stay and the communication with the owner was fantastic. No doubt I’ll be considering this condo again next time I visit Lincoln.

Fantastic location, very comfortable beds, well-stocked and immaculately clean condo. Two parents, two grandparents and three tweens had room to spread out and places to be communal. The owner was helpful and communicative, very easy to reach when we had basic questions. Everyone agreed we’d stay here again next time we’re in the Lincoln area.
